Paid $30 to get my house hold icecream through the drivethru. Got home to find they messed up 2 of the icecreams and then would not answer the phone. I left a vm. They called back 2 hrs later like it was no big deal saying to just bring back the wrong orders and they would replace them. I told them I was unable to just drive down there and they said that's fine but they would need the messed up orders back and they would remake them.... I told them my kids obviously ate what they could of the icecream and the rest was tossed. They said oh with our policy you have to bring it back and then we would remake it. They have 0 credibility, 0 care, she was rude on the phone. It was a simple fix. Take my name and have a manger call, Issue a partial refund, or write my name down for our next order to have it fixed. Not be rude and say well u have to bring it back 2 hrs after the fact then hang up. We will be sticking with country style or dairy queen from here on out.

Have enough people not ranted and raved about this place. I'm already dreaming about the next time I have their banana graham ice cream. Top tier stuff, can't imagine why you would go anywhere else for ice cream if you live anywhere near the quad cities. I'm thankful I'm 2 hours away, otherwise I'd find myself here way too often.

One of the best local ice cream shops!! Have a lot of flavors and they introduce new seasonal flavors. For example for fall they have the BEST pumpkin shakes!! Another favorite is a scoop of orange sherbet and vanilla in a cup....YUMMY! Most of the stores have lines in the store and the drive thru..I recommend still going because it will be well worth the wait (shouldn't have to wait too long since Whitey's stores are well staffed!)
