Went to pick up an online order. Was told to “sit down, we are working on it”. Worst service. Even got home and our order was completely wrong.
Terrible service and customer service. Ordered wings for pick up. Got them 1 hour after my pick up time as they were very behind. Got home and only had half of my order. They shorted me 20 wings. Tried calling and phone just rang and rang all night. Called next day and spoke with manager who stated you know we were very busy yest and I can’t help you with your problem since you ordered online. Email online and they can help you. I’ve emailed online numerous times and no response....read full review
