I ordered wing stop today. Never had it. Drove 30 mins from my house to get it, I was soooo excited and I get back home and I have NO ranch, I even paid for extra! I was so excited and now I am utterly disappointed, because I don’t even have ranch at home to use. Broken heart.

I love wingstop, I come here often and have never had a complaint. However, the past two times I’ve come the fries have been bland. Which would be fine, but since im paying the extra 10 cents for my fries to be seasoned I expect them to be EXTRA seasoned. It just feels strange to pay for extra seasoning, if the fries are just going to turn out flavorless regardless.

Music is a too loud, making it hard for conversation. There bout a 15 minute wait, which isn't too bad considering it is cooked-to-order. Chicken tenders were 40% grease, however, that made the chicken very moist and plush. It did still taste quite delectable, but the fries were the iceberg for that ship. They were boring and had no flavor. Some didn't even have any potato in them. There isn't any pepper or salt for you to season them at all. The ranch makes them edible, with the ranch being quite possibly the best ranch I have had. The honey mustard wasn't quite the best. It needs a little less of a mustard like taste. The drink options are limited and the tea is horrendous, furthermore, the cups are foam. Which is bad because the straws are plastic and sharp. They could easily penetrate the cups bottom!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. I placed an online order and arrived on time, only to wait over 40 minutes past my pickup time. During that time, I was ignored multiple times by a female staff member when I politely asked for an update on my order. I was told it was “being bagged,” yet it took another 20 minutes after that to finally receive it.
There was no apology, no urgency, and no accountability. If this is the level of service Wingstop thinks is acceptable for loyal customers, it’s seriously time to rethink your management and staffing. I understand things get busy, but this was just disrespectful and unprofessional.
