They women here use their job to pick up men and buy and sell illegal drugs. Most workers are nice but some are just using it as a hangout.

Stopped in last Thursday (3/23/2023) to pick up an order from online (2 dozen donuts, breakfast pizza and milk). The order was ready on time and the staff there was friendly.But the real reason for the full 5 stars is the girl working there today (3/29/2023 @ 10:20 AM CST) who saved my butt and was able to look up the receipt for that order, reprint it and text it to me for my work expense report. She was fast and friendly and awesome. Thank you!!

The cashier was not helpful at all. I had paid 35 in cash and purchased a pop with my debit card. Well I did not need the 35 and needed a $1.00 back. I go inside and tell the situation and he was very dismissive. As if he doesn't remember our transaction even though it occurred just 2 minutes ago. He prints the receipt to show me. Now the receipt says I only paid 34 in cash and change on my card. It wasn't until I was up the road and thought maybe it went on the card that I used. That's exactly what happened. Instead of being dismissive he could have acknowledged what I was saying. I thought I was losing my mind. Maybe he needs to be better trained in Point of Sales transactions/ customer service. But I was highly displeased.

Was ignored for 10 minutes. Employee finally acknowledges my existence and ask if I needed something. I tell her I have an order and she says she doesn't have that order then proceeds to look around and sees the order note hanging there in plane sight. I left because it was already 10+ minutes past when the order was supposed to be done. Employee keeps calling for me to stop and chasing after me and I ignored her. She follows me all the way to my car and is poking on my window like a crazy person. Not a cool experience.
I appreciate the help from the cashier for getting my food from the kitchen. It was very busy. Great customer service!!!

Just witnessed a woman pre making the sandwiches behind the food counter with no gloves. Opening doors then touching the food. Absolutely disgusting.

Doughnuts are the best here and employees are so nice and helpful love going here for a quick run to grab breakfast. The breakfast pizza is amazing!!!

The customers are snobby, rude, and entitled children with severe tunnel vision and a lack of empathy. Momence townspeople in general are nasty humans. If you can even call them human. America is poison to the mind.

Not sure what these employees do when they’re there but so far every time I’m there it’s a disappointment! Definitely gonna wait for now on until I’m back in St Anne to get my food!!! Do your job or get a new one you enjoy doing. St Anne’s Casey’s is by far better with their service and hospitality when there! Y’all should take a couple notes from them!
