I brought 2 deer in to be processed and they had them both back to me in 1 week! They even called me before finishing to double check I was getting exactly the cuts I wanted. We also got some sausage and cheeses when we went to pick up. The turn-around, prices, flavor, and especially the staff were all SO awesome. This helped me to decide that Southside Meats will stay my go-to for all my meat/butchering needs.

ALWAYS- ALWAYS - ALWAYS the best steaks. I live in NW Indiana and pass up numerous shops to buy here because their steaks are at another level of flavor and tenderness. We've also enjoyed their bacon, pork chops and homemade sausage. Photos are from a 24 oz. Filet I made for my wife's Birthday this weekend. Used cast iron and oven and it was fantastic.

Wonderful place to shop for meat!! Only place around that I found around here for natural casing frankfurters (my favorite dog on the grill, the snap of the casing and the juice ? yum yum)!! Another one of my favorite things is it's always fresh and it's a mom and pops shop!!! I like the idea of helping out the local businesses!! So if you want great fresh meat and help out a local business pop in at Southside Meats!!!
