Merry Christmas, Got here before they closed and I wished I hadn't made it in time. This Whopper was so cold and lifeless I considered giving it a proper funeral. I don’t know how a burger can be old, cold, and flavorless at the same time, but Burger King in Monee found a way.
They answered when I called to check if they were open—then after I got home and realized I’d been sold a regret sandwich, they wouldn’t pick up the phone at all. Bold strategy: serve garbage and then disappear.

I just had the worst Whopper of my life from Burger King in Monee. Cold, old, and somehow flavorless—which is impressive considering it’s supposed to be the Whopper. It tasted like it was assembled during a shift change yesterday and left to think about its choices.
The best part? I called ahead to see if they were open and they answered right away. After I got home with my sad, stale burger, suddenly they developed a deep spiritual commitment to not answering the phone. Multiple calls. Nothing.
The young lady tried to charge me extra and I had to explain the policy before she figured it out. It felt dishonest.
So yeah—if you’re craving disappointment, this place is absolutely prepared to serve it… and then ghost you afterward.

Monee Manhattan Road location Friday night they turn off lights at 10:30pm and says the kitchen is closed when the hours are until 11pm. Ridiculous how much money they lose by closing early. Will not be back.

Totally disgusted!!!! I asked for 1 extra pickle on my sandwich and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but I counted 17 pickles! My bun was saturated in pickle juice the patty was ice cold! I asked for my money back and the white boy the one who made my sandwich says we can just make it over um absolutely not!!!! Give me my money back! I received no apology from the “manager” I’ve given them one too many chances the owners can’t give a damn about this place the workers do not give a care!

I went through the drive-through around seven7P.M. and ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a sprite. The service was average at best and I received my order pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my order was disgusting and not edible. The onion rings were overcooked and stale, and the chicken sandwich was cold and soggy, and it was like someone took a big scoop of mayonnaise and dropped it on the sandwich. When I opened the wrapper, the mayonnaise was everywhere and coming out the sides of the sandwich. I wish I could have turned around and taken the food back, but I was on a trip and didn’t have time to turn around. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. If I wasn’t driving I would add pictures

Two young girls here provided excellent service. Give them a raise!
Restroom lacking any maintenance for days, if not weeks. Got ill from the odor of urine in the air while washing hands. The urinal was covered in flies and dried waste. Still dealing with health issues from cross-contamination of my food. All employees and management should be fired. The building needs to be thoroughly disinfected and the staff needs to be trained properly how to maintain a restaurant.

Although my granny’s order was incorrect the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure that the order was correct. Place was clean been a while didn’t know the jungle gym was removed!! Thanks for your service
