This place takes forever atleast 20-25 minutes for only yourself in the drive through Culver’s or McDonald’s or kfc with 15 cars will get you through faster

It would be nice if the app had a way of entering receipts to add to your app points.
I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the 2 Big Fish, Onion Rings and a Soft Serve and condiments. I did not get the onion rings nor the condiments. The fish sandwiches and buns were burnt! Then, I called the restaurant hoping to at least get the onion rings and you guessed it….NO ANSWER!!! I left a chat message and the bot said someone would be contacting me in the next 24 hrs!!! This particular restaurant is not good for delivery. I will dine in from now on IF I ever go back!! I wish they had a way for me to upload pictures. I see that others have, but I don’t see it😞
04/28/2025: Since this review, I’ve tried calling headquarters/ BK Corporate, to NO AVAIL!!! I can’t get in touch with anyone. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll go there in person. This is so ridiculous!!
