I politely asked for a Whopper Jr off the broiler, watched the employee pull a cold ass burger out of the tray and use the warmer, and try to hand me that bogus, dried up, pitiful looking sandwich. Then when I said I don't want that sandwich I got an attitude from the employee. When I finally got my sandwich made properly I said thanks, and I get a cold stare with no response. If you don't care about your food done "your way" and you're good with getting an attitude, go ahead and stop on by. I'd spend the money elsewhere... like Culver's.

Service was not good, typically after you give your order, I expected it to be repeated back to me, not only was it not, but she didn't even tell me my total but rather gestured to the CC machine. We dined in and waited 10 minutes for our food, a simple order: Whopper meal, Jr whopper meal with onion rings, we got our own drinks. 10 minutes wasn't quite the issue, but what was, was the burgers & onion rings were nowhere near the temperature they should have been, it was as if it was sitting waiting on the fries, the only food that was actually hot!

This is probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever seen. Employees on their phones behind the counter, employees in the back making food cussing and complaining about other employees and managers. Every time I come through the drive through I get parked even though there is no one else waiting. I just placed an order inside and waited over 10 minutes for one meal. THERE WAS ONLY INE OTHER PERSON IN THE LOBBY AND DRIVE THROUGH WAS SLOW!!!!
Mr Robert and his crew was wonderful taking care or my order having it right away and fresh even gave me a complimentary drink for the wait everything was clean nice and neat everyone there had a great personality and they also take care of Mr

Amazing customer service, the restaurant was spotless when I entered. I was greeted immediately as I entered through those beautiful clear glass doors. As I approached the counter I was greeted by a kind young woman, Cecilia. She had taken my order within seconds and had my food to me in under a minute. I had ordered a large amount of food. This food here is some of the best food at any Burger King I’ve ever eaten at. This Burger King is truly marvelous.

The guy mumbled through the speaker how. In the world are you out of what made you guys famous? Why are you even open today if you're out of items? I’m from the south side of Chicago, I’ve seen many burger kings, in many questionable neighborhoods and this one In Monee is by far the worst. Dirty, employees look like they just rolled out of bed, no soda in the machines all carbonated water, extreme wait time with an empty store. The list goes on.. shut this place down
