I decided to give the gluten-free bun a chance. I was highly disappointed because it was possibly stale but it began falling apart as soon as I tried to eat my burger. Highly disappointing.

Came in to the dining room to eat in around 8 or 8:30 p.m. Was not greeted by young woman at counter when I came in. Stood there several minutes waiting on husband and reading menu. Several people in the kitchen being loud and throwing things at each other. When he came in and we went to the counter she greeted us. Took our order. Pleasant enough. Another girl was wiping trays. We grabbed drinks. Area needed to be wiped down but the napkins, straws, lids, and ketchup area were all stocked. Went to dining room and had to go to 5 tables to find a clean one. Food came out quickly. They have changed their burgers. They are thin as paper. Like meat crepes. Seriously. Bacon was cooked the way I like it. Husband and I ordered the same sandwich, only he got a double. Apparently that changes the type of bun you get because mine was a regular hamburger bun wrapped in paper and his was a fluffy sandwich bun in a paper bowl. Receipt reflected we paid for two of the same sandwiches. So who knows the thought process there. Finished and dumped our tray. Didn't bother getting ice cream.

I placed an order: grilled chicken basket ONLY lettuce, cheddar cheese & pickles(extra) I got home it had tomatoes & mayonnaise which I don’t eat that’s why I said: ONLY Per a manager Brianna I should have said NO tomatoes & NO mayonnaise. She also questioned me about the details of the cashier so that she can have a talk with her. I feel Culver’s should inform all staff & they should have a way of identifying/determining who the cashier was. She asked me to bring the sandwich in the next day for a replacement.

Went there on Saturday evening at 6-7pm. Ordered onion rings and cheese curds. Onion rings tasted like they used old grease to cook them and the next day I had diarrhea. Judge the establishment based on the people who work there. Never fails

The African American female who served me between 1800hrs to 1900hrs, actually lowered her head to pick her inner nose stud on her left nostril with her left-hand with the blue gloves on. I hesitated to request her to please change her gloves based on that was unsanitary and she had a slight negative attitude problem no smile either and that is from my perception as I do not live in this state. I did not monitor her actions completely as I turned to watch an episode of case law on my cellular phone while she turned to the window and stood next to her her colleagues; her colleagues were more active and jubilant vs her action was more stationary behind the counter less happiness. Nevertheless, I hope she changed her gloves into a new set when I was not looking because if not then the very crease of the paperbag she held with those same gloves assuming. I had to note that because I travel all over the USA as a clean trucker, who has also worked in the fast food industry before longtime ago and sometimes I determine whether or not I will order food to go based on the cleanly and appropriate appearance and attitude of the staff from front to back if I can see the back.
