This location is trash. Takes forever for them to make your order and then they don't even make it right. The south chicago location taste much better and it's ready much sooner. I've gambled on this location a few times because sometime you just want delivery, and not ol boy have I been let down each time. Never again.

I called this place one time before and it seemed ok! I just called the woman barley spoke English I said I'm at the same place and the same room and I want the same thing a large with bacon sausage and onion. I get a call there at a different motel how in the hell does that happen? When this was the second time I called. So they cancelled and told me to call back so I did I was on hold for 6 minutes I hung up and tried again they answered and hung up on me. Don't order from this place they don't care about you very bad service

Had a problem a little while back my pre paid order was picked up by someone. Manager responded quickly and remade my order quickly and added some free soda for my trouble. I'm coming back tonight. Thank-you for the great service sorry my response took long.

I have been coming to this location since they opened. Never had any customer service issues with the previous Manager. He always made things right if my order was wrong. Tonight I ordered around 715 pm. I got there around 745 pm and my order wasn't ready. The employee asked me to wait 15 more minutes as they were busy. Ok no problem. I came back in 20 minutes, no one at the counter working so I had to wait another 10-15 minutes until another employee was checking orders and I asked him for mine. I drive all the way home, only to find 2 of my pizzas were incorrect. I called and spoke to the Manager Megan. She said she could remake them and have them ready in 20 minutes. I asked if they could be delivered, my kids were starving by this time. She got smart with me stating that she could not make my order a priority due to their mistake.....I would have to bring the pizza back or take a credit. I asked for a refund and I could bring the pizza back. That's when she got disrespectful and I had to end the conversation. A few minutes later I called back and asked if I can get the credit and use it at another store because her customer service was utterly dispicable. She told me no and that she had a rough night. I asked for corporate information, she told me to google it.

Never had an issue with dominoes been ordering here a while. Always comes as expected.
Improvements to their pizza crusts and toppings over the years have positioned them in a prime spot to compete with Pizza Hut for the #1 fast food pizza chain title. I think they edge out the competition with their additional offerings that are all pretty fabulous... I'm thinking any variety of their stuffed cheesy bread, the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and their spicy boneless. All unique and delicious.

UPDATE- EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ASKED BELOW AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!I am extremely pissed and livid. Placed a dinner time delivery order. Order was delivered and not 1 of my side sauces that I paid for was given to me. I also asked for Parmesan and red pepper packets and NONE. I called the store and spoke with Kevin in which he told me he was the Manager. A lie. He then proceeded to tell me that only had 2 options, a $5 credit or someone would bring the sauces that I ordered and paid for. $5 for this inconvenience is unacceptable so I told them to deliver my sauces that they forgot. I start to eat the pizza and wings, pizza cold wings taste like something terrible and cold. An hour goes by and no one delivers anything! I called Kevin back and he tells me that they got busy. Nothing else! Rude and ignorant. I explain to him that this is completely unacceptable and I had I not called back they would have never informed me that no one was coming back. He then hung up on me. I called the store today and spoke with a female manager and her exact words were “ well I believe Kevin and all we can do is give you a $5 credit. MAM!! What is there to believe?? You guys forgot my items not me!! The arguing with the customer when this store was the cause of the issue is so crazy and disrespectful! I am currently trying to contact corporate because something needs to be done about this asap. The female manager was very rude and dismissive and the employee Kevin was as well. Telling me that corporate was going to tell me the same thing basically their not going to do anything is a slap in the face and beyond unprofessional.I spent $47 on this order and it all went in the trash. I never have a problemWith the Richton Park location.
