SLOW… Vey Very Slow! It takes a crazy amount of time to order and get your items in the drive through when you are the only car. The employees barely know how to use the register

Not my usual DD, 2nd time inside, 1st time with a cold drink. I looked around, didnt see straws so I asked. She slow turned and looked visibly angry at me. I will stick with my regular location.

I get married this Saturday so my brain has been all over the place. I decided to go to Dunkin’ to get some energy. When I grabbed my order, I realized I absolutely ordered the wrong coffee. The staff were more than understanding and fixed my mistake! I appreciated the understanding and accommodations. I love going to this Dunkin’ I have never had any problems.

They gave me a dozen donuts in bags, upside down and melting. Using a box for the dozen donuts could have prevented the whole thing. 2/12 donuts had frosting left. Wrong cream cheese, 2 of the donuts were wrong flavors as well. Always an issue.

Edit April 4th 2025: After one of my visits here the general manager Kenny reached out & addressed my issues promptly. He was very pleasant and kind, & just speaking with him I know he runs a good business and honestly wants to make sure all his customers are treated and taken care of properly. I’ll be giving this location another go because like I said before the donuts and drinks are much better than a lot of other locations, actually taste fresh and good.

The coffee and donuts are great here but the customer service here is horrible & rude.

Let’s see, i got a large latte with EXTRA espresso and a medium one with the normal amount of espresso…. I can’t tell the difference, can you? But the cashier said the large one has the extra…. If y’all gonna charge 2 bucks for the shot, PUT IN THE EXTRA SHOT but they did have truck parking so that was nice

2 boys were working. The music over head was offensive, made our drinks with old coffee, never said a word to use when the drinks were done. We ordered 7 drinks and spent $30. I had to throw 3 of them out. Awful!!

I go to this Dunkin’ every day before work. Same place, same routine. You’d think that would mean consistency, but every time I order something other than coffee, it feels like they purposely mess it up.

Today, I finally saved enough points for a matcha drink. Asked for light ice so it wouldn’t get watered down. Instead, they packed the cup with ice and barely any matcha. Less liquid wouldn’t have been bad if it was actually what I ordered.

The $6 meal deal was another mistake. The croissant was stale and smelled off, just like the box it came in. The hash browns were mushy to the point of falling apart, like they had been in rhe heating tray all day.

And I know why it smelled. It’s the ovens. I used to work here. When they don’t get cleaned, everything picks up that burnt, old smell. If management ever reads this, clean the ovens. I

I keep coming back for the coffee, but I need to stop expecting anything else to be good. Two stars. One for the caffeine keeping me sane and one for the small hope that someone fixes this.

This Dunkin used to be great, the girls who work there were super efficient and friendly. Rolled very far downhill after they hired the two new window girls on the morning shift. Im amazed how many times they’ve f’d up a large hot coffee. I would avoid

Food is good. Everything I go there I feel rushed. I can't get my order out without the loud mouth behind the speaker talking over me. Then I order a sandwich along with about 3 others, and she keeps asking if I want the first sandwich I ordered.... I said yes calmly. After proceeding with my 3rd sandwich she then proceeded to ask if I still wanted the first sandwich. I don't know what the issue was but if I ordered something why would I not want the sandwich..... like yes I do want it that's why I'm here ordering.... idk. I've been a couple times but if you can pick and choose I would pick somewhere else. I called to just tell them they missed the same sandwich the lady kept asking if I wanted. She called back and said "I asked 3 times if you wanted that sandwich and you said no and we're not charged for it. If you want to come back and pay for it you can get it......" I just hung up. Every time I go there, there is issues somewhere. I would suggest to avoid!
