Drive thru is super slow

I’ve never had an issue with this location until today when I placed a mobile order for an xl original coffee this morning via the app. When I gave my name to the drive thru speaker, they told me to go to the window and they’ll take care of me but when I got to the window “we don’t have an order for Terry” so I immediately went inside to to a refund and was told that there wasn’t an girl who rolled her eyes at me as I questioned her about my order plus she wouldn’t even look at my proof on my phone, that she must’ve gave it away by “accident”. Accident nothing because she did that out of spite and if this is how your employees gonna behave then I’ll take my money elsewhere!!!!! Unprofessional on all levels

Honestly, the service hasn’t gotten very great. I went and picked up a mobile order through the drive thru on Thanksgiving, let them know the name it was under and also ordered a pup cup at the order box.

The woman behind the window kept my change for the pup cup when I gave her it and closed the window after saying have a nice day. Thank you! But my order! And so I told her I had a mobile order and she gave me the drinks and then said “okay, thank you” and closed it again. I felt very confused but it WAS a busy day as it was a holiday. She wasn’t rude, just attempting to move fast. When she saw we hadn’t moved, I told her I also had food attached with my order as well which she handed through the window next. After arriving to my next destination, I looked at the drinks and they weren’t even fully filled?? I was not able to call due to having 6 thanksgivings spread out between 3 days.

I called about them today and was met with a frustrated worker who would only focus on why I called today and mentioned she didn’t understand why I would wait. I did explain it was a holiday and that I was busy and I didn’t realize it was an issue but she doubled down for some reason on specifically that instead of the fact that one of the workers kept the rest of our change.

I don’t understand what happened here.

Unprofessional management and rude employees I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone I went the through the drive through and witnessed a disturbing scene Karly belittled a employee in front of me and the store manager stood their with no reaction the same store manager that has the worst attitude whenever I come in few employees have kindness the rest hate their job and take it out on customers definitely not a place I will spend my money at anymore or atleast till they replace that horrible manager that doesn’t do her job anyways

Kaitlin needs to be taken off the drive thru window. She has the most unprofessional, rude, and nasty attitude I’ve ever experienced. There was no line when I placed my order, a small misunderstanding. Kaitlin was upset, rolling her eyes. Has made me not want anything from Dunkin again.

I get married this Saturday so my brain has been all over the place. I decided to go to Dunkin’ to get some energy. When I grabbed my order, I realized I absolutely ordered the wrong coffee. The staff were more than understanding and fixed my mistake! I appreciated the understanding and accommodations. I love going to this Dunkin’ I have never had any problems.

They gave me a dozen donuts in bags, upside down and melting. Using a box for the dozen donuts could have prevented the whole thing. 2/12 donuts had frosting left. Wrong cream cheese, 2 of the donuts were wrong flavors as well. Always an issue.
