Place order they say they have no chicken its going to be 30 min wait everyine standing around doing nothing isnt there supposed to be chicken already made and no one else was in there what a waste of time 👎

I was in the area, hungry, and I decided to try this KFC. I had the five strip meal, and the food was all overcooked. The chicken strips were both hard and rubbery, the fries were well done, and the bottom of the biscuit almost broke my teeth (a SLIGHT exaggeration). Part of going to a chain restaurant is thinking you are going to get consistency across the restaurants. That wasn't my experience here. Maybe they were having an off day. The worker who took my order was very pleasant.

Thw food is not good.. It looks funny, smell funny and and taste bad, like old cooking oil was used. Stomach was extremely sick after eating. Called and informed the on duty manager. I am a business owner as well, so was just making them aware before it becomes a problem. Very good service.

Chicken still good but prices are too high. Disappointed that their coupon for 2 piece meal is no longer valid for white meat. ☹️
I honestly think that they should look at who they hire! Are they there just for a paycheck! Seriously service was terrible and food gone down! chicken and biscuits never cooked right!
We stopped in to get a bite to eat and was greeted by Jade, she was very welcoming, nice and had excellent customer service skills. It didn’t take a long for our food, it was fresh and hot, we enjoyed our dinner as well. Thanks Jade!
