I just wish that your location I can order, it shows up on Google and then when you do a online order it takes me to another location, one of the employees said you can only order KFC online here, please fix this issue as you're losing a lot by customers being transferred to another location and it's not convenient

I was in the area, hungry, and I decided to try this KFC. I had the five strip meal, and the food was all overcooked. The chicken strips were both hard and rubbery, the fries were well done, and the bottom of the biscuit almost broke my teeth (a SLIGHT exaggeration). Part of going to a chain restaurant is thinking you are going to get consistency across the restaurants. That wasn't my experience here. Maybe they were having an off day. The worker who took my order was very pleasant.
Kayla waited on me she was EXCELLANT with great customer service and the chicken was hot and fresh and sooooo good HIGH FIVE to Kayla for representing job well done

Thw food is not good.. It looks funny, smell funny and and taste bad, like old cooking oil was used. Stomach was extremely sick after eating. Called and informed the on duty manager. I am a business owner as well, so was just making them aware before it becomes a problem. Very good service.

Spicy chicken sandwich was all I ordered and the bottom bun was so hard I couldn't even bite or chew it. Very inedible. Threw it out. KFC epic fail.👎
