This used to be one of my go-to spots but I'll stick with Dominos just down the street from Pizza Hut. I got some food here about a week a ago and was violently ill the following day...and then the majority of the week. I ate a pizza and bread sticks with my wife. She did not get sick. I believe this is because she did not have the marinara sauce with the bread sticks like I did. I always get extra so I ate two sauces on my own. 16 hours later I was sick and as mentioned, and it lasted the better part of a week. I went through all the symptoms of food poisoning. I know how easy it is for some rancid tomato sauce to get someone sick so this tells me that there is some careless behavior going on here and no one cares. Watch out.

Tried to order a pizza for delivery had reward points for free stuff they had no clue how to take an order I felt like I was talking to someone who was stoned !! & then they couldn’t find my rewards which I have an email that says I have points just ridiculous have someone that has a clue answering the phones please I literally hung up & decided to eat something else ? that’s how annoying it was !!! I don’t like making negative reviews but this was absolutely pathetic !!! Oh then I said I will pick it up & they were like oh now I have to start all over, REALLY just sad !!!

I placed an online order for delivery at 8:07 pm. I checked for status at 9:12 pm and the app said "Out for delivery". I called the store to check on where the delivery driver was considering I had been waiting for an hour for an order that was supposed to take 20-30 mins. I was told that my order was still on site at the store. I proceeded to tell the employee that I will come and pick up my order instead. I pick up my order and upon reaching home I realize that I was not provided marinara sauce with my order of breadsticks. So I had to once again be inconvenienced and head back to the store for a cup of marinara sauce. This was one of my worst experiences with Pizza Hut. The most concerning aspect of the experience was the app stating my order was out for delivery for 30 minutes even though my order was still on site. This is very misleading and makes me second guess ordering from Pizza Hut for delivery in the future.

I had a long day at work and decided to order pizza to take home . I was immediately greeted by Pierre .Every customer that walked in he greeted with a smile and made sure that he got their order right .He deliver great customer service along with the whole staff who made sure pizza were cook to perfection!The guys there were working really hard ,cleaning the store !!

Just got back to my work and a technological glitch happened that was through no fault of the two employees currently there. The system said the fryer was boiling up but it wasn’t and there was a glitch. The two employees really went above and beyond to exceed customer service and should get a big raise. They offered me a free beverage and even made me free cinnamon sticks. These guys were polite and really friendly and I’m definitely coming back to this place in part because of these two employees.
Theives, food cold, gave me 2 medium pizza instead of large I called the Inspector general on them no soda then didn't refund my money but it's on the receipt I will never patronize PIZZA HUT AGAIN
