What is the point of ordering using the app if they don’t start it until you get there?

Gotta be one of the worst sandwiches I've ever got anywhere. I know nobody's sandwiches ever look like the pictures but this was insane. It's supposed to have stuffing, cranberries fried onions Swiss cheese all these different things on it and I had to peel it open to see if there was anything on it. Maybe a half a bite of stuffing half a slice of cheese two cranberries and 3 tiny onions maybe 3/4 of an inch around. There was enough toppings if you scraped it all together for about two bites

Waited a long to even order at drive thru-said HELLO several times-with no one ahead of us. Got the wrong food but the girl disappeared from the window and we had a meeting to get to. 👎

Took incredibly long after the drive thru person couldn't seem to understand apple sauce us a side option on the kids menu. After we waited forever, our order was missing several items. I went in and I was the only customer so that is very concerning there were 2 employees who couldn't get one order of 4 meals correct. It's been several visits with this same experience.
