Very disappointed. Disrespectful staff. Know this employee from bk where they were fired . Still doing the same thing. Grow up and get a life! Can definitely tell Monmouth isn't the place to be eating. When the staff can throw food into your car and cuss at you , 1130am November 15, 2024 . Red headed employee was very disgusting and rude !!!!!

Placed an order in the drive thru today, fairly straight forward order. Waited a half hour in the drive thru and yep order was wrong. Went in to get the order fixed and really bad attitudes given all the way around. Said never mind just give me a refund, which they really seemed to enjoy doing also, sounds like a common problem there. Watched the three cars behind me also get out and go in guessing for wrong order, from across the street actually getting the right food from another place,I won’t be wasting my time going there anymore. At least the one in my hometown is still awesome

Listen I waited in line for 30 minutes for a single buffalo chicken wrap, after the wait and I had my money taken and the food given to me. The lady who took my money was very disrespectful. She had an attitude, and I asked for ranch at the speaker and there was none. I also got no napkins, no receipt, I'm pretty sure the change was wrong. This isn't even the first time something like this has happened to me. I've waited 30 minutes on several occasions for a single Buffalo chicken wrap. This is single worst fast food place I have ever been too. This is the first time I've been so pissed at a place to eat that I've written a complaint. End of story never go here.

Used the drive through, ordered 1 beef and cheddar meal with curly fries and coke. A large fry, 2 hash browns and a 5 PC jalapeño bite. Took 10 minutes! Then they bring out my food and it's missing one of the fries so she has to go back!

The evening crew really knows how to make some delicious sandwiches. The day crew isn't bad,but not as great as the evening. Just wish Arby's didn't cost so damn much for a deli meat sandwich.

I was just charged $14.?? for a 2 for $6.00 plus a $2.89 drink. After a timely wait I said forget it and just bring the food and not to worry about refund. I was then shorted 1 of the jalapeño popper bits when the meal finally showed. Shift leader, that has only been in there position 4 days tried to fix. When that didn't work they called for help. That didn't work either. When the drive thru and the dine in started backing up things got alittle testy. This was mine and many others experience not good. Maybe some more training and more people on duty. Thanks for the ????. Hopefully someone can help so the new shift leader doesn't have to be hung out without a backup leader for help.

Ok let me get this straight. If you want to wait an hour, just to eat 3 chicken tenders that are dryer than the Sahara desert, go ahead. But I like fast service, and I did not get the service I would like. 1 star.
They've definitely improved since the last time I was there. Before, they messed up orders and the food wasn't good, but now the food is great and accurate. Service was good too
