Fast food is supposed to be fast! No reason you’re late to work because you’re stuck in a line that hasn’t moved in 25 minutes and leave without any food because you have to get back to work! Completely unacceptable!

Went through the drive through had to wait probably 5 minutes at the Order board before someone actually took our order than had to wait another 15 minutes in line with only 1 car in front of this. Do not go to this restaurant because this experience is completely unacceptable

I visited this location this evening to pick up a quick meal for my family at home. Upon entering, I found no other customers in the order area, yet I experienced a significant delay before my order was taken. I observed at least three drive-through customers receive their orders while I waited.
I timed the wait just to place my order at over five minutes. The total time spent in the restaurant was excessive for a fast-food establishment. This lengthy wait prompted me to look at this location's online reviews, where I noticed a recurring pattern of unaddressed customer concerns.
This apparent lack of management oversight was reflected in the restaurant's condition, which was in need of cleaning, and in the performance of the staff, who appeared to require additional training on the management side. My final bill was $29, a price that did not feel justified given the poor service and overall experience.
Regrettably, this will be our family's final visit to this location. I would invite management or corporate representatives to verify the events of this evening by reviewing their security camera footage. While I am open to discussing this further, the lack of response to previous customer feedback suggests this may not be a priority.

While the staff were nice and the place was generally clean the food was marginal. The deluxe chicken sandwich was very thin with a weird texture and little flavor. The soda seemed off flavor. Maybe because the soda machine was old and rusty. In addition all the windows were covered over due to construction. The wait was a bit long. 15 minutes as we were the only customers in the dining area. BK. You can do better.
