No issues making my order, woman was friendly, but my burger was cold as hell and I ordered a spicy crispy chicken and got a plain rubbery chicken. Way too much salt on the french fries and for me to say that is saying something. No care in assembling or preparing anything.

2 nights ago I wanted the Wednesday whopper meal and they failed to everyone until the drive-thru was full that they can’t make burgers ! Why is it called Burger King? Tonight I went to get 2 Wednesday whopper meals and ordered them waited 17 minutes in the drive thru , went up to pay finally and three employees were pissed off and giving us mean looks and throwing peoples food in the bags seen all three employees that came to the window with not our order. Then after paying $25 for 2 meals got home the food was so disgusting looking like someone picked it out of the trash and they were not made correct at all one was supposed to be specific order and one was normal. I called to talk to the mgr and her name was Courtney , she said you can come back , sorry but no one wants to drive back and spend more gas on there mess up . We pay them to make our food right the first time . I guess ( we do it wright because we do it twice ) . I would love to not talk to a mgr I really would like it if the franchise owner could know about this anyone know who it is ?

Friendly and Professional staff, Chow was worth waiting for. Lighting caused a surge in Galesburg, and their computers all reset. It was worth the wait... filling and hearty helpings of fries.

Just came in here ordered food and first off the first lady left to let another lady take my order..the lady that took my order was rude i got a whopper jr meal told her i wanted it larger when she gave me my drinks she gave me 3 smalls mind u i had also ordered a water so i asked where is my large cup for my drink she said this is it and if i wanted another drink i would have to pay for it i payed for another small drink when i should of got a larger drink with my meal not happy at all this time around. When she gave me my food she just dropped my tray down and walked away..while we were eating u could tell her and the other girl were talking about us and looking over at us..i have no clue who these girls were or why they were acting this way at me and my family..as for customer service neither one had it and im a manager in town at a retail store so i know..was around 12:45..wont be in again around this time

Extremely rude. Guy handed us our food and didn’t say anything at all. No “thank you, have a good day” nothing. Get a different job if you don’t wanna work with the public.
I tried their impossible burger. As a Muslim I do not have choice except this and fish sandwich. Need to keep their store and toilet more clean.

The wait was long. First window there was no one at. The other employee trying to help with drive through gave me our order and was going to let us go without having us pay. Lol I did say that I haven't paid and did pay for it. I think they were short staffed.

I started going to Burger King before Covid. My daughter discovered their mobile app and we had fun ordering their food deals! I always use the drive through. In fact, I don't even know if I've ever been inside, lol!In the 3+ years, I have been getting food from here, I have never gotten sick. I've eaten kid's meals, chicken, Whoppers, burgers, fries, onion rings, iced coffee, slushes, and desserts.The deals I especially like are the $3 Whopper Wednesdays. (I like to customize it with only BBQ and extra veggies - Yum!!) I also like the weekly free fry (Sm, Md, or Lg) offer - with the purchase of anything costing $0.01 or more.I didn't give Atmosphere a 5 ⭐ as sometimes there is trash outside that has been blown there from other places. There is also a worker or two who almost never smile. ?Having worked fast food before, I know smiling and making customers feel welcoming us part of the job. (I don't know life situations and I'm not making a big deal of it, because we all struggle and need encouragement! Plus fast food can be very stressful and hectic!) The vast majority of workers are friendly (or super friendly!) ❤️❤️Burger King is my go-to place in Monmouth or other cities because of the mobile app deals!
Every time we go and buy food they’ll make you wait about 5 minutes on the first window before they charge for the food and also 75% of the time the food is cold!! Please hire better people and get that issue
