The wait was long. First window there was no one at. The other employee trying to help with drive through gave me our order and was going to let us go without having us pay. Lol I did say that I haven't paid and did pay for it. I think they were short staffed.

I started going to Burger King before Covid. My daughter discovered their mobile app and we had fun ordering their food deals! I always use the drive through. In fact, I don't even know if I've ever been inside, lol!In the 3+ years, I have been getting food from here, I have never gotten sick. I've eaten kid's meals, chicken, Whoppers, burgers, fries, onion rings, iced coffee, slushes, and desserts.The deals I especially like are the $3 Whopper Wednesdays. (I like to customize it with only BBQ and extra veggies - Yum!!) I also like the weekly free fry (Sm, Md, or Lg) offer - with the purchase of anything costing $0.01 or more.I didn't give Atmosphere a 5 ⭐ as sometimes there is trash outside that has been blown there from other places. There is also a worker or two who almost never smile. ?Having worked fast food before, I know smiling and making customers feel welcoming us part of the job. (I don't know life situations and I'm not making a big deal of it, because we all struggle and need encouragement! Plus fast food can be very stressful and hectic!) The vast majority of workers are friendly (or super friendly!) ❤️❤️Burger King is my go-to place in Monmouth or other cities because of the mobile app deals!
Every time we go and buy food they’ll make you wait about 5 minutes on the first window before they charge for the food and also 75% of the time the food is cold!! Please hire better people and get that issue

Majority of the time the burgers are coldand fries are cold couple of different times going threw there they were very unprofessional every other Burger King is usually good besides this one best time to get a burger is in the morning and MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR IT TO BE MADE fresh or it’s cold definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone

My family has stopped going to Burger King because the food is always cold even when you ask to make it fresh and wait the extra time it takes. 75% of the time there's something wrong or missing from your order. I ordered two Whoppers and got one Whopper and one Whopper Jr and when I called the store they brushed it off obviously customer service is low on their list of priorities.
Very angry and disgusted 3 times I have been here and found a bug and hair in my burger!!! Not coming back to this burger king again. And for all you customers check your food b4

This place is a joke not fast food at all. Spent 20 minutes in the drive through for chicken nuggets. I used to work here they hold people at the back window to keep their drive times down. Absolutely ridiculous.
