Finally got to experience Chesters Chicken when it's open. I usually end up trying to get it when it's too late. Very good tenders. Very very good actually. I was pleasantly surprised by all the food I got. Hot and fresh. Thanks for dinner guys! 10/10

Absolute worst Chester's I've ever been to and I've been to a few. Only a few tenders, no actual chicken. Claims only one frier working. Then claims they don't do chicken breasts and also says they haven't done mashed potatoes & gravy for 1 1/2 yrs. This one needs to be shut down. If I could give it negative 5, that's what they'd get. Walk away like I did or better yet, don't waste you're time coming here.

I was greeted as I approached was the first good sign. As I knew what I wanted I couldn't help notice how well organized and delicious all the food looked. I've eaten Chester's over last 6yrs and really only eat it if there's no other option at a truck stop. I've had several bad experiences with rude employees and horrible food, but this one right here. Delicious and friendly. Well done to the young lady working today. You need a raise! 3/05/24 10:15am. You know who you are ?

I got the three piece combo with mashed potato’s and a side of Mac and cheese. I’ve gotten the same meal many times at the Knoxville store and always have gotten 2 breast pieces and one wing. This time I got one breast and two wings. I didn’t watch her pick out the pieces but will next time. I feel cheated out of white meat I payed extra for.

Walked in at 12:10 PM for lunch. Nothing ready for Chicken. Had a choice to choose 2 chicken wings and 2 small tenders or wait 12 minutes for more to be ready. Chose what was available. Another surprise was at check out. $11.13 cents for that. Won't be back. ??

Would rather talk the entire time instead of work doesn't say a single word you have to tell them what you want. I asked for a 3 piece combo and didn't see I pointed at the chicken and they assumed I wanted chicken strips got my order wrong
go here once a week since opening order the 12 piece chicken strips and pound wedges staff is always friendly and welling too work with you if they don't have all of the specific item you want
