I placed an order online was charged for the order and given a order receipt number confirmation said order, I sent my husband to pick up the order and he was told not order had been placed and we needed to place the order again and pay for it again to receive our food because of a glitch in their system(nothing to do with us) but I was not about to pay again when I had already paid once and the manager was of no help. Never again.

I went through the drive through to order food before work. I was able to place my order, but then the card machine wasn't working properly. I wasted 10 minutes while they tried to figure it out and after that they had to just send me away without my food. Low quality of service. McDonald's would have given me my order and apologized for the mistake. Any order that was placed before they informed the customer that the card machine was down should have been given their order, because it was on their business, not the customers. McDonald's would have done this, and they have before. Very upsetting.

Well this place makes them look like the pictures, very nice presentation, they took their time making this one. Great Job and I will be back! Everything was awesome!!
