I got a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese, one patty had just a little pink, and the other patty was completely pink. Will NOT be ordering lunch/dinner from THIS McDonald’s again.

This McDonald's was perfect. We had a huge order for our family of 8. They got everything perfect and the food was SO GOOD.

On 11/16/24 my husband and I stopped on our way to Iowa to get breakfast and some coffee, the food was cold and the service was crappy. The girl taking the order for some reason could not hear me saying my order which I was already talking pretty loud, so I started talking even louder to the point that I felt I was yelling. So I asked to finish my order at the window she insisted not to even though she could not "hear" me. Then when we went to go pay there was nobody at the window and it looked dark there so we went to the next window and the girl there had a crappy attitude. She gave us our food and told us we we were good to go and I said no we are not because I do not have my drink. She then with a crappy attitude left the window. She came back a couple minutes give or take with what was more milk than coffee, proceeded to hand my husband my drink, she went to shut the window and I asked for a straw, she then proceeded to hand it to my husband with again a crappy attitude and more aggressively than the food. If your workers cannot handle dealing with customers then maybe they shouldn't be working at the windows or the counter or they need to get an attitude adjustment. If only I could give yall 0 stars then I would.

Workers were the friendliest of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Fries were fresh and hot. Couldn't have been better. Great place to stop on a roadtrip

The milkshake was very sloppy and barely any chocolate and the small fry was so pathetically skimpy that it wasn't even half full and I was traveling so I didn't turn around and go back after driving my direction I needed to go so I wouldn't go there unless I sat there and checked everything before I left the window from now on

The food is pretty good, although the service could do better. Sometimes you have to wait up to 5 minutes to get someone to take your order. It's faster to just use the terminal (which doesn't take cash).
The atmosphere is bleak, and quiet like a library. There's no art on the walls. No people in the booths. It's depressing and unwelcoming.
Often I find that it would've been better if they kept the self-service fountains. You can't get a drink while you wait anymore and you have to ask someone for a refill (which, as mentioned earlier could take up to 5 minutes, due to the lack of service). As a side note I don't get why they got rid of $1 drinks any size. Guess that wouldn't make as much money. I think the interior atmosphere could be greatly enhanced if they just added a few simple pictures on the walls. It wouldn't take away from the modern design, but would add a much needed pop of color.

Kid-friendliness: Not as bright and colorful as it used to be, although there's nothing inherently wrong about it. Although McDonald's used to be for kids with its bright colors and fun characters, they've gone for a more modern and minimalistic style. Almost all the interior is grey and beige.

Drive thru is always so confused about everything!Again yesterday I got sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened tea.Im diabetic so I couldn't drink it even if I wanted to.

The order is nearly always wrong, so often I don't remember the last time it was right. The staff are rude and act as if just waiting on you is a problem rather than the reason they are there. I get it, it can be tough but maybe it's them not the customer that's the issue.
