Love the things the new owners have done to Cherry Buffet, formerly New China Buffet. Hedges are clipped, outside and inside painted. Old worn carpet replaced with new carpet.

Walked in wanting to try this restaurant heard it was good. Just a bit disappointed. Food was good but not great. Think this was a bad day.

Most of time it is good food. Had bad experience tonite however 4/30. Asked for pineapple chicken was told there was no more. Then as we were getting ready to leave an hour later some was brought out. Was never told it was being prepped and our drinks were never refilled.

I really enjoyed the people here but the variety is subpar to say the least. You even have to special request white rice. But the staff kept me coming back. I really enjoyed the staff. That was until tonight... an elderly lady who was dinning in the restaurant decided she was going to take over. I'm not sure if she is an employee or not but she was rude and completely ruined my dinner. She approached our table as I was paying the check. She made some rude comments about my children's ages, grabbed the check, and walked away. A moment later she returned with a new bill and slapped it down on the table, it was $4 more and said “oh sorry, your server gave you the wrong check†it was snotty and rude. Never once did anyone ask about my children's ages before the bill. It was similar to all the other visits. I felt insulted and never once gave the impression that my children were not their actual ages. So all in all... they just lost a customer over $4. I will not be going back!

Really nice & tasty little buffet. The owner/operators are wonderful, hard working people. Great food and service. It can get busy sometimes, but they try and keep the selections full and topped up.
