I come here every Wednesday to get an iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla syrup, however each time I get the drink it is different. For example, when I came a week ago, the drink was amazing! Today, the drink was unacceptable. It pretty much just tasted like slightly sweet milk, not the mention it was almost $8 for a size small. The workers are always so kind and understanding, but the inconsistency with the drinks makes no sense since there should be a specific recipe for each drink, making them taste similar, if not the same everytime!

I always said the flavor of the coffee doesn’t matter so much to me because I always put stuff in it but seriously this stuff is awesome. Wow. I asked for less caramel less sugar and she even asked if I wanted less whip cream too.. fantastic, thank you so much!!

I love the food with the only issue being how sweet some standard drinks are. I have not found a way to decrease the amount of syrup used or customize my order in the app so I limit those to sweet treats.
The service has always been amazing with upbeat and friendly staff that go above and beyond for every order.
The atmosphere is good for a quick drive thru service. The only drawback is the lack of order ahead quick pick ups to skip longer drive thru lines. The order ahead isn't like Starbucks where they make it as soon as the order is place, but that has its pros and cons as you know your drinks will always be made fresh even if you are running late.
Kid-friendliness: We have always had positive kid experiences where the staff have offered free candy (dum-dum suckers) whenever they see a child in the car. Now, with the new kid menu, they have made their establishment a great place for family-friendly pit stops. The kids love getting the combo of sugar cookies and a small smoothie or chocolate milk. We hope to see the options expand in the snack part, like having the 3 mini donuts as an option instead of the 2 cookies for a fast breakfast on the go.
