This place really is hit or miss.
Years ago I was refused a refund for an order that was not mine. I spent 40$ and I was handed two food items. Was 3rd shift the managers name was buddy. He was far from friendly and cussed us out the entire time. They don’t realize we can hear them through the glass even if it is closed. We refused to leave until we got the refund so he called the cops on us. We won that battle because no way would they rob us legally. His general manager then messaged me on Facebook after I left a Facebook review and cussed me out too. Thankfully she apologized and I decided to not take it to corporate.
Currently 2025 the 3rd shift workers are pleasant funny fast and accurate. So glad for that. I adore whoever is in the window on 3rd shifts now. You can tell they know exactly how to do their job. Hope they stay for a long time. I would go here after work sometimes and I liked the workers in the afternoon evening as well no comment on morning shift but i think the gm who is pretty unprofessional and the manager I mentioned earlier work the mornings. I wouldn’t dare go there during that time. Good riddance.

These guys will throw attitude then not help you and use abusive language then still not give you any food once you get mad and yell at them they’ll threaten you and kick you out of the store then steal your money and not give you food.

The food is good and the atmosphere is good. The only problem is that I CONSTANTLY get the wrong food. Im not ordering 20 items. I'm ordering 3 items and 2/3 are wrong.

the whole time we are in here ordering the whole crew is in the kitchen MOANING and making very disgusting noises. totally lost my appetite and thank god there were no kids with me!!!! very immature and a bad environment.

The Carmel apple impenada is small and costs 2.99 and has a factory taste little flavor bland and the service was terrible the worker was taking a long time to ring us up and overall I just don't think anyone should be buying this product

Taco Bell can be so hit or miss. It is much better recently than it had been the past few years. My Gorditta Crunch had lettice on it (wasn't) supposed to and the corrected it right away. My biggest gripe is their pop machine is always jacked up. The Baja Blast (lets not joke ourselves, its one of the main reasons we go there) comes out 80% fizz and just doesnt taste right. You have to get a refill from behind the counter.
