We had a horrible visit at Trax in Monmouth. Took my kids and their dates for Homecoming dinner. Our waitress never checked on us brought food out to 7 other people at my table but not mine. Never told us anything. The waitress finally came by our table to another table and we tried to get her attention and she told us she was still waiting on food for another table and ignored us.. By the time everyone at my table was done eating my food finally came out I asked her to get me a box because I wasn't going to make all the kids wait for me to eat bc they needed to leave to go to the dance. We were there for an hour and half. The waitress never refilled our drinks so we were out of drinks, never asked us how our meal was. When I got my 125 dollar bill which she gave me 6.50 off my meal. She sent another waitress over bc we were upset about our service to take my money and that lady put a 25 gratuity on my bill and the waitress was horrible. I will never go back to Trax again.

They had haystack onions.(Yippee ) There was a lot of them and fed our table of 3. The portions of our meals were so much that we had to get a to-go boxes because we couldn't eat it all. Very good prices for what we got. They had a great selection on the menu. We are going to be repeat customers.

It's been hit or miss at times when we have frequented this establishment.. And tonight was a big miss. Husbands burger was bland, and cold. I had a club sandwich. Lettuce was rusty. Tomatoes either had stems or not ripe. Included a picture.
Waitress was good with drink refills and the fact that there was only 2 servers for a fairly busy rush, she did a good job.
She tried apologizing for the quality of the food etc. And told us the cook was trying to rush through because of having a larger amount of customers before we came in. We told her we would rather wait knowing the food was gonna come out hot and fresh. Than fast and subpar.
Overall kitchen staff could've done a whole lot better!!
It seemed warmer in there for a mid July evening.

Worst chicken sandwiches we have ever had, just like chewing on a rubber sponges, wrong appetizer not once but twice. Order a pizza with 1/2 jalapeño, get an entire pizza with extra jalapeño. On the up side, appetizers were decent and the beer was good. Maybe this place should focus on beer and appetizers, not full on meals.

Ordered a chicken strip basket to go and the food was so greasy! Also the food was so hot, it melted the Styrofoam 😬😬😬

One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had! Waited over 45 minutes before a waitress acknowledged us. When we finally got our food.. an hour and 10 minutes after we arrived... it was marginal at best.

Kid-friendliness: Grandson had fun playing on the game machines. Daughert's boyfriend got to watch TV . The bar area is sectioned off I liked that. Clean good menu and drink selection . Not over priced
