One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had! Waited over 45 minutes before a waitress acknowledged us. When we finally got our food.. an hour and 10 minutes after we arrived... it was marginal at best.

Kid-friendliness: Grandson had fun playing on the game machines. Daughert's boyfriend got to watch TV . The bar area is sectioned off I liked that. Clean good menu and drink selection . Not over priced

It's too bad the service is horrible at this place because the food IS really good. We have been there 2 and a half times and I say half because that last time, we got up and walked out after sitting at our table to 30 minutes with nobody acknowledging us or taking a drink order. I got up myself after 15 min to grab us our own menus so we could be ready to order everything when we finally got a waitress. My husband even tracked down a waitress and told her we hadn't been waited on and she had a look like she could careless and proceed to just check on the tables that already had drinks and food and give refills!
If you're looking for a bland burger and overpriced fries, then this is the place to be. Service was good, but the place was empty, so who knows what it would be like if it was busy. Overall, it was a nice place to sit and eat while out on the road. I just wish there was some flavor to my burger.

We go there once or twice a weekend...Lindy is usually our bartender and she's the best ! We love their wings(bourbon sauce) and the patty melts are tasty too ! The entire staff is very friendly. We have never had a bad experience in all the years we've been going there.

Potatoe skins were ok. Onions green peppers and shredded cheese. Cheese wasn't melted. Who has potatoe skins w/o bacon? Not a big fan of green peppers. To each their own. My sonnhad loaded fries which was nothing special.

Boy, was this place special. When I arrived I our server asked, “what do you want to drink,” which I kindly replied, “Well, what beers do you have?” She quickly responded, “I don’t know. What kind of beer do you drink?” Pausing for a minute assuming she was joking, I quickly found out this lovely person that works at this bar could not name a single beer for me. Amazing. After standing on our barstools and peering over at the bar, We ordered 3 “tall beers” of Shiner Bock and a bourbon and coke. Around 10 minutes later when she came back to take our food order, she let us know that they were out of both bacon and chicken. Amazingly; “crispy chicken” was unaffected. Two of our four orders were salads complete with the substituted crispy version of their available chicken. These salad goers also added an Avocado to their salads. This will be important later. When it was time to order the second round of drinks, we were informed that they were out of tall glasses but we could luckily refill our old, used tall glasses with some fresh new beer. We excitedly accepted this generous offer. Soon after, only one Shiner Bock returned as our waitress informed us that the keg blew up on her and they were yet again, out of another crucial item: shiner bock. Not to worry, knowing not to ask her what other beers they have, we looked intently for beer ads on the wall and found they sold Blue Moon. Two Blue Moons in our Shiner Bock tainted tall glasses, please. Our meal arrived and our two salad orderers were informed that Trax was, you guessed it, out of avocados too. If this fine eatery is anything, it’s consistent. As we finished our meals and drinks, our waitress returned one last time to inquire, “Are you guys ready to pay or what?” I handed her my credit card knowing that I just had just experienced one of the most truly amazingly comedic dining experiences of my life. The Trax Northside Grill will hold a special place is this young Midwestern heart of mine forever. This fine restaurant deserves 500 stars, but alas, I can only give you 5. 495 less than it deserves. I love you, Trax Northside Grill. Never change.
