Waitress was nice but could hear whoever in the back bitching that we came in at 12:45 when they close at 2. They then locked the door at 1 so no one else could come in. If you want to close at 1 then change your hours. I own a restaurant and we also close at 2 and our grill goes off at 1:30 and we serve people until then. The entire experience was awkward as hell.

I've been wanting to try this new restaurant since it opened and I finally got a chance to visit. I've been here before, different owners, and have always enjoyed all the different establishments that have been in this building before.But this time it's different. It's even nicer than before.It is certainly a pleasure to walk in and experience the nuance of an old time sophistication mixed with small town hospitality! We were greeted at the door and told to sit anywhere. Our waitress. Beth, was absolutely on point! Friendly, quick to laugh and smile, offering the special of the day. Normally I just go with my gut, whatever piques my interest. Today Beth suggested the Italian Beef sandwich and she said it so convincingly, how could I refuse?When the food came, I was immensely pleased how well the plates were prepared, I mean, they literally looked like something you'd see in a fine dining magazine! The food smelled amazing and tasted equally satisfying!The fries were crunchy, the bread soft and fresh. The Italian beef just melted my taste buds straight to heaven! Oh my! I was completely taken aback! The food popped, the environment popped and the staff/owner popped! I'd given them a solid 10 if I could have!The owner, Cindy, directed us to a box full of free cookies as a customer appreciation gesture! Can I tell you, the cookies popped too! So superbly satisfied, I know I'm telling everyone this place rocks!But wait! Got the check and was completely surprised! The whole meal was under $22.00!!! For two of us!That's the same as you'd almost pay for McDonalds! Come for the lunch special- you won't be dissapointed!

My wife and I ate there and had a very pleasant experience. The waitress was very nice and always had a smile. The food was prepared in good time and came out hot, nice sized portions as well. I had the ribeye sandwich with steak fries and my wife had chicken bacon ranch sandwich with waffle fries. Excellent choices on our part. The decor of the restaurant was very festive and had a cozy, down home atmosphere. Cindy, the owner, brought our food out and even stopped to talk about our experience a few different times. I would definitely recommend this great restaurant to anyone needing a good meal. We will be returning again.

It was the best burger I've had in a long time. Nice and hot... which is hard to find nowadays. **Excellent service and very clean place. Great decor looks great. PS. The Steak Fries are awesome too - delicious. We will definitely be back.... A nice lady named Cindy was very nice to my wife and I. *They make you feel like family!!!

this place is now called Montana Rae's. The food was excellent. Bar food of course. The owner took all of our orders, 10 of us, cooked the food, served the food, took care of the other couple customers all by herself. Every one had something different and there were no complaints. Will definitely return! They need to get the correct name so she gets credit for it.

My first visit with my best friend from Nashville was very pleasant. The waitress was smiling when we came in, the pork chop sandwich and steak fries were great and while eating and leaving we were blessed with smiles and they made sure everything was fine with the dinner. I will definitely go there again. We even had a nice visit from Cindy, the owner.

The breading was crunchy yet thin and it was cooked to absolute perfection.
