The team here was excellent. They communicated and executed a solid line of customers with accuracy and personal attention. The shift leader (Ms. Garcia) was confident and personal. Very impressed for a conjoined location. Many of the half/half stores seem to have a hard time doing it right. They got it here. Soda area was clean and well stocked. They also gave enough napkins, though I think this breaks a corporate subway rule of only 1 napkin per sandwich. :)

Couple of younger guys were working there when I grabbed a sandwich and they LOADED that sucker up could barley take a bite. Good stuff!

Some of the staff might be racist they see you and don't help you and others do there job and help you out i there 5 days a week and on Saturdays service is worst I'm sure they don't care due to the amount of driver come and go

We had a long day of basketball and a few places we had in mind for dinner were closed on the way home. Made the short drive to Monroe Center for a quick sub. Dustin gave us a warm welcome and hooked us up with some cold cut combos. He was so pleasant and even labeled out wrappers with different stickers so we could we knew whose sandwich was whose. It was very nice experience after a long day. Thanks Dustin!

On our trip to Daytona for a semi pro football game on 1/10/24, we stopped for gas and decided to ear. The gal behind the counter was superb on everything she did. Customer service, they way she made our sandwiches. And let me tell you the 3 of us could not stop talking about our sandwiches! Amazing ? %! Thank you! Best subs ever!!!!
My sandwich artist was Amanda (I think... she had UWU on her hat...). If management reads this, I just wanted to say she did a good job, I really loaded my subs up, but she made everything fit nicely, deserves recognition. Thanks, Amanda!
