We rarely order here. It was amazing when it was first opened, NEVER had an issue with any quality of food back then. Now it’s a joke.

We order maybe once a month and without fail they ALWAYS mess up our order. They’ve sent it out with a delivery driver, sent it with someone else’s carry out, we’ve gotten someone else’s order, wrong toppings.

We ordered tonight, my fiancé is currently in the car with our screaming baby because he’s been waiting for nearly 30 MINUTES in the car, for them to fix an order because THEY messed it up again—won’t be ordering here anymore.

I work in the pizza shop next town over, we seriously never have this many issues and manage to run the restaurant with less people. Hire new managers that’ll keep everyone doing the job they’re supposed to be doing, or fire incapable employees. If you can’t work here, I hope and pray you make it in life man. Seems nobody has common sense anymore.

Good thing there’s plenty of other pizza places surrounding the area, Domino’s would be my last option.

I do not recommend them before the big game. Put order in online for pickup only to be told that they weren't doing online orders and they were going to be pushed to tomorrow. If I want my order, I want it when I order it for, not when the store decides.

This was a stop on a car trip home so we could get dinner. Ordered ahead on the app, then called and confirmed and moved the order time to a little bit later as we were running behind. The person we spoke to said it was fine after speaking to the manager and all was good. We arrive at our time with our app saying order was complete. They said they DID NOT have that order and that it “got lost” within the big orders they had. They asked us to wait 15 minutes and it should be fixed and done. We park and wait the 15 minutes before going back through and then being informed that whoever said the order was ok to be pushed back didn’t do it right and we had to wait an ADDITIONAL 7 minutes for them to fix the issue that could’ve been fixed within the first 15 minutes of us waiting if they paid any attention. Horrible experience.

After ordering our 2 pizzas at 5:50 p.m. for pick up online and receiving an estimated time of 25-35 minutes, we placed the order and paid. Due to inclement weather ( Severe Thunderstorms and Flood Warnings) and having family from out of town the Delivery times were much longer so this option worked better. After my parents arrived at the window at 6:30 ( 40 minutes later) they were told by a tall slender polite gentleman because of how busy they had been the pizzas had not been put in but they could have them finished in 7 minutes. Acceptable enough my parents waited 10 minutes pulled back through to be greeted by a heavy set DELIVERY DRIVER. Upon opening the window and asking for the order name. He quickly looked, came back and told my parents that it would be another 40 minutes. Obviously upset my parents said that was NOT Acceptable. He said too bad, we are busy. Shut the window.
UNACCEPTABLE! Several customers in the parking lot tonight said the exact same thing happened to them! It DOES NOT seem strange the delivery drivers make their money on tips and delivery charges and want the delivery to get made FIRST! After shutting the window he cancelled the order while leaving my parents out in the parking lot waiting. They had no idea it was cancelled, we didn’t either until we looked online. My husband and I called Domino's to figure out what was going on…after all it has been an hour, Amanda ( Store The Manager) gets on the phone to try and explain why her employee arbitrarily took it upon himself to just cancel a customer’s order that had already been paid for and waited on for an hour.
He didn’t like her tone.
WOW. I would like to say. Yes Amanda. You did end up making the pizzas. You took the order over the phone and our pizza was still wrong.
2 pizzas = 2 hours for pick up
Your employees behavior inexcusable.
