Understaffed, forget my drink cup as usual, and I had to wait 10 minutes for a burger, fries, and a drink, shouldn't take that long, wouldn't recommend going to this mcdonalds.

I understand everyone has bad days, and I try to keep that in mind. But I’ve had several experiences with rude employees at this location, and sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for my food. With the prices they’re charging, it’s not worth it anymore for poor customer service and long wait times.

One usually expects a certain level of competence at Mickey D’s. This franchise which almost owns fast food in Monticello is sorely lacking. Tonight I returned a mystery meat sandwich which was supposed to be fish and fries. I paid for this treat to the surly teen who took my $$ and threw me a receipt but expected to get the food I ordered - not here folks! Wrong order again to accompany sloppily prepared foods are the rule. This is the last time I say NOT AGAIN! I will go to any length to avoid spending my money at this poor excuse for a restaurant.

I have always a better experience here at breakfast time than any other time of the day.

Was just there and you tried yo serve me a drink that I clearly watched the employee put his hand into the side of the cup touching the ice before moving it over to be filled with tea. That was disgusting! Glad I got it and had a new one made. You need to train your workers better.

You guys always get my order wrong. I always get a quarter pounder with ketchup only and you guys never make it ketchup only. and whenever you guys do you forget, napkins or straws or my sauce.

We frequent here a lot as you can imagine with 3 kids and living in Monticello. We stopped by this morning to grab a quick bite for the little ones and a drink. We order and without giving us a price the lady says pull up. No problem. We go to pay the member taking the payment is friendly and just gives us the price. Does not confirm the order. He hands us back the card and we drive up to get our order. At the pick up window the member asks us what we order. 3 McDoubles and 4 large sweet tea. He hands us the sandwiches and 1 sweet tea. No problem mistakes happen. The manger on duty asks to see our receipt. We never received a receipt. He goes back and looks and says you were only charged for 1 drink. Again no problem. I told them I am fine with paying for the other 3 drinks. The manager walks away. The members at the window say’s sorry I can’t ring you up you have to go back in the line. At this point I’ve been in line for 5 mins. I ask him nicely to call back the manager. I’m sure he can just ring us up at the front register and he can grab the teas. The manager says no they should have confirmed the order on the screen before pulled off. I confirmed they did not ask us if the order was correct nor give us the price, we were told to drive forward. I’m frustrated at this point and drive off. I call to get manager name. Josh is the general manager and when asked for corporate number he says the number is is on the large cups. If you can not properly run a store or the members do not become a general manager. The fact he had a headset on and could hear the members interactions and is not correcting the habits is a problem. I do not blame the workers here I blame management. Get it together.
