Good food, full bar. The pictures do not do it justice. Its in an old church. Beautiful wood, windows, ceiling goes on forever, lots of air, perfect for these trying times. The more notice you give a locally owned place the better your experience will be. Call ahead and preorder, so they have a heads up.

Positives -Great atmosphere, the beers we tried were excellent! They had good live music the night we came (valentine's day) and our table was ready when we arrived (with reservations) The prices were reasonable and the service was excellent!

Loved the environment, super nice place. For Christmas they have it decorated with several large beautiful trees. I'm giving it 4 stars because my food wasn't that good. I ordered pretzel baked cod, it was dry and didn't have much flavor. I also got fries which were great. One of my friends got the quinoa burger, she didn't like it that much. Several of my friends were vegan and other than the quinoa burger there wasn't any other main dish they could eat. The staff was super friendly and flexible with some special requests. I found it odd that a tip of 20% was already included in the bill. It was my first time here, maybe other items on the menu are tastier

I love the building and the atmosphere. It's a beautiful restaurant. The food however is bland. The only thing one the menu worth eating is the burger and salads. We've tried this place several times, steaks, pasta, meatloaf, etc. Everything in my opinion is very bland and never "hot". The service last Sunday was so slow and the server had to be reminded of everything. Last night our service was mediocre, the blonde bartender is very on top of customer service which is why we have come back so many times. Sadly our darker haired bartender was not, he only filled our drinks when we waived him down. He took awhile to return and he never checked on us either. Sadly. I dont know if we'll give Monarch another try.

Nice facility. Holiday decorations were great. Food is delicious, but Portions are Very Small. The salmon dish for instance is not enough to fill up a guy. Wish we had known because we would’ve ordered an appetizer. There are no rolls or anything. Did not partake of the beer this time but it is good. Have had it on other occasions.
