We ordered carrot and the individual kept getting our order wrong as my husband was speaking to her. We were told 15-20 min for are food. When the time was up, she couldn’t find our order and made us wait another 25-20 min

Called to order a family pleaser with 5 breadsticks for $22.00 with a coupon. I was told coupon didn't go into effect till tomorrow, manager wouldn't give me a break and let me have it for that price. I ended up paying over $10.00 more since I ordered 5 breadsticks. I am always told to use local businesses, this is what happens when you do.

Me, a friend and my granddaughter who is 6 were seated and a waitress never came to our table. I went and asked if we could get a waitress, the manager said yes sorry. We ordered and 30 min later we got our drinks and bread sticks. 2 other tables were seated after us and had gotten their pizza. Approximately 45 min later I had to go up and ask the manager where are pizza was.. he apologized again and said he would check. Then 45 min later my pizza showed up. Then 5 min later they brought my friend the wrong pizza, at this point we were starving but wanted to leave. I had my granddaughter eat some pizza and I ate a couple pieces. Then about 5 min into eating mine the manager showed up at our table. He said I’m sorry about the wait but I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t call my server a B****. This was said in front of my 6 year old granddaughter and he was not discrete. I don’t curse so I told him that and said why are you accusing me and using foul language in front of a 6 year old. I will be following up with a call to the general manager or owner!!

We don’t order monicals a lot only because there are cheaper pizza options in Monticello. That being said, we really do enjoy their family pleaser. I always get it with bread sticks with cheddar cheese. Also, we LOVE their tangy French dressing. I basically could drink it.
