We’ve been eating Pies by Inge since I was a child and they have the BEST baked goods of anywhere I’ve tried. Coconut cream pie is our family favorite.

I ordered some pies for a baby shower that I was throwing and they are so easy to work with! I live out of state so all communication was via email and they were quick to respond with all answers. They worked with me on pickup time and were truly so kind. Plus, the pies were absolutely delicious. All of the guests loved them! They came nicely packaged in a reusable pie tin and sturdy box, all stacked nicely in a sturdy bag. I feel the pricing is fair for the quality too. We got peach, apple strudel, and mixed berry. My favorite was the apple but I certainly wouldn’t turn down any of them! I will be ordering again whenever I need a sweet treat in central Illinois.

I ordered a lemon meringue pie from Pies by Inge for my dad’s birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! Tracy was incredibly kind, made the ordering process easy, and had my pie ready quickly. It was one of the most beautiful meringue pies I’ve ever seen — and it tasted just as fantastic as it looked. I highly recommend Pies by Inge for anyone looking for top-notch pies and great service!

Discovered Pies by Inge at the Frankfort IL Country Market. All the pies and cinnamon rolls looked absolutely delicious and were packaged so nicely! I LOVED that she had individual slices of pie available for purchase! I'm on a diet but still allow myself a treat, and the sizes of desserts at other shops are way too big for me. I decided on the strawberry rhubarb which was delicious- not sure what kind of magic she puts in the crust but it's flaky and buttery without being heavy or greasy. The filling was the perfect balance of natural sweetness and tartness from the berries and rhubarb. This was a bright spot in my day! Thank you for making my "cheat day" extra indulgent--- will be back for some cinnamon rolls and more pie!

I couldn’t be more thankful and pleased w everything about Pies by Inge! We adore them! They prepared amazing pies for our daughter’s engagement party and then we of course chose them for our wedding desserts! Tracy goes above and beyond. 10 stars.

The pies we got were excellent! Peach and apple streusel went over well with the group. Lemon cookie was great too. Loved the place and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I swear the best pies I've ever tasted! use to live in Monticello but now I drive an hour to pick up my pie and it's so worth it?? They are amazing!!

Who doesn't love chocolate. I love how you can always sample a piece and the ladies in here are so friendly and helpful.

Just had my daughter’s baby shower this past weekend and ordered Inge’s cupcakes in vanilla, chocolate, lemon and carrot cake for the event. Not only did Tracy make these little cakes look divine but EVERYONE raved about them. I’ve ordered cupcakes from other places in the past but these were our very favorite. Thank you Tracy!!!!
