They don't know how to read instructions. Made a sandwich completely different than what was on the online order and then wouldn't answer the phone. Sandwich was soaking wet like they dumped a whole bottle of vinegar on it. I wouldn't even feed this sandwich to my dog.

I like to order again best sandwich ever. Especially I have best sandwich maker rocky in Monticello subway. I want to go and tip him more next time he had good understanding with me.

They are very stingy and have ridiculous prices for mediocre sandwiches, how are you gonna charge $2.00 extra for more meat but still give me the same amount of meat as if I got a regular sandwich. They also never get my order right, I tried to give them one more chance today and yet again, I’m left disappointed. Don’t recommend unless you want to be left unsatisfied ??

Door dash is never ready ,either put it in the que when the order comes in so it’s ready when the driver gets there or else shut off door dash.Door dash gets priority at every other restaurant over walk in customers. It’s extra business for you and if you can’t handle it, turn it off!You are screwing over delivery drivers who could be picking up from somewhere else in town that’s always ready
