There was a Hair on my sandwich. So I’m not gonna eat that. I eat my jalapeño poppers. After checking, there is a literal hair fried to my popper. Never going back again. Waste of time waste of money. And I like Arby’s just not this one.

Food was cold. Messed up the order. Soda machine had no ice and everything was flat
7/11/25 update. Deceptive advertising. Sign showed the sandwich should be 2/7. Rang up full price, didn't know because I was in the drive through. When I saw it on the receipt I asked. I was told I have to ask for the promotional price. Was told it was a policy put in place by the manager due to staffing concerns. Sounds like they are padding their bottom line at the customer's expense.

In this last year and half, all has improved so much! Online ordering through APP has been excellent, always been open when posted, staff friendly and helpful, meals made and served awesome! Love the specialities, holiday shakes, ECT I don't post very often, however, I thought to give a shout out, Morris Illinois Arby's rockin it! Thanks!

We pulled up behind one car. We waited over 10 minutes for them to get waited on. We pulled up next and have been waiting for 7 minutes so far. Still have not been waited on! We decided to leave. Ridiculous!

One of the cleanest and friendliest Arby's, my grandson, and I have come across. We were out of town camping, and we LOVE Arbys,so when we seen it,we stopped. Great decision on my 7yo grandsons part. Our Arby's closed down several months ago, and we were not happy. It was our go-to after his soccer games. Maybe another one will get built again. Lol

I would suggest spending a few bucks on a new speaker system that you can hear, the currentone is horrible...that leaves a very bad impression.
