Took family of 10 for daughters graduation, waitress seemed nice told us it was bogo I said cool make long story short she didn't bill was over 250 witch shouldn't of been with the bogo, I ordered 🍔 was nothing but grease waitress nvr asked how it was. Needless to say won't be coming back very expensive poor quality food for money. Wings were even cold when got them.. Terrible

Absolutely the worst location Buffalo has. My wings were either overcooked or refried. The 3 wings were perfect but the smallest I’ve ever seen but the drumsticks were dry as hell. And they must be stoned and can’t count to 10. I received 9 wings and not 10. Here’s a few pics. If you think I’m joking . You’ll see the drumsticks are darker on the ends and dry. Onion rings and service were excellent. Went there on 11/20 at 6:40 pick up. And I’m not going to your Buffalo Wild Wings faq sheet like you tell everyone. Same crap saying but different day. Do something about all your poor ratings and quit just talking. Shows your lack of concern and poor mgmt. or ownership. Eventually this place will go under

Food was great, service outstanding. The manager stopped over to check on things, and actually engaged in conversation caring about our experience. Server was friendly and prompt, beverages were always full without even asking. Unlike most restaurants this one was a little hidden, well worth the search tho

We order Buffalo Wild Wings from this Morris location for the Bears game. We ordered 3 20pc boneless bundles. One of the bundles were ordered 20 Honey BBQ, they gave us Asian Zing instead when it is clearly marked Honey BBQ. As you can see the sauce piled up at the bottom of the container in the first picture is clearly not Honey BBQ. Not to mention they gave us small fries instead of large. And last but not least we ordered TWELVE ranches. When we unpacked our food we received ZERO ranches. This BDubs is the slowest BDubs in the Chicago Area you would think that they would be salivating for a $60 order. I would also like to add we ordered this at 11am right when they opened so I’m sure there were no other orders to confuse them with. This is seriously embarrassing for you guys to mess this easy expensive order up. Get it together Sarah this is inexcusable.

Walked in to waited to be seated one gentleman looked at my husband then turned around and went and hid 2 other women at the bar just staring at us putting shirts on Not one hi Not one “one minute please” it was not even busy Morris businesses lack customer service

Server was AWESOME! We were able to sit in an area allowing us to watch all 3 games we were interested in!
Absolutely terrible. My wife and I came in to grab a drink and make a take out order. The bar had 2 guest. The bartender ignored us. Stacked glasses. Even stacked glasses in front of us. Didn’t even say “I’ll be Right with you” then she disappeared to the back and didn’t come back out. My wife is in the industry so we understand needing to do this but it’s a Friday evening and this bartender is clearly not interested in making money. Hope she enjoys the 2 guest she also ignored leaving them with empty drinks as well. Now we’re off to hooters. We’d rather make the extra 30 minutes drive. Do better. Also the managers watched us walk in not be served and watched us leave.

I dined at this location for the first time the other night, I usually go to Shorewood, but we were in the area. The food was fine, and our waitress was exceptional!! She was a young girl probably between 17-19 years old with darker curly hair and she was so sweet and attentive to our table!! However, I believe it was the current manager on shift, she had short blonde hair, she gave an unpleasant vibe and seemed like anyone who talked to her, including her own employees, were bothering her and she seemed very snappy and rude with everyone. As we were leaving I tried to smile at her and say thank you and she just seemed to brush it off and completely disregard a customer interacting with her. I really hope I had just caught her on a bad day cause she seems to have a great team, especially our server, I wish I remembered her name she was amazing:(.
