If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. We waited over 10 minutes to be sat while a waitress sat there on her phone taking selfies and texting. I had to walk up to another employee who came out of the back to ask her if we sat ourselves or if we got sat. She got the waitress who was texting to sit us. We waited to put our order in. Prices are terrible. We got shorted a wing. How hard is it to count to 15??? We couldn’t even get out waitress to tell her we got shorted because she was either nowhere to be found or doing what I assume are closing duties when it’s over an hour before they close. We had bottomless appetizers and they were not very good. Wings were dry and tasted terrible. Service was very lackluster. As a previous food service employee this was the worst experience I’ve ever had out to eat. You’d think they’d make their service a little better considering the outrageous pricing on their mediocre food.

waited 1.5 hour for food, when food came out it was cold, flavorless and just sad. manger said she would take care of the bill and make it right, she then took $7 off a $65 bill. and the cherry on top was the absolute filth all over the restaurant. tables were not cleaned for hours. this establishment will no longer have my business.

Food is great but for a special if your out of food at least substitute it. Insted we are stuck with bottomless apps with chips and salsa and thats it. Doesn't seem reasonable to me. Definitely will go to a different location than my home town now. Or just eat at wings ect.

I had a pick up order and it was ice cold I am very disappointed in this location I have been here many times but I don't think that I will be returning due to the phone call conversation I had with the general manager Sarah who didn't even offer any kind of solution to my problem and I was spoken to very rudely and accused of being a liar and was told it was my fault and didn't even come as ordered the wing were not sauced properly with the correct sauce on them my mozzarella sticks were missing 1 should have gotten 4 came with 3 fries not salted and ice cold same with the wings the nachos were just chips and a little drizzle of cheese and basically no Pico I will not be comming back to this location I will travel 20-30 minutes away to another location i might reconsider comming back to this location it would only be to come and watch the sporting events

Great food and service for reasonable prices. Came here on a Saturday night, and our waitress was slammed, but she delivered great service. We've been here several times, and they do not disappoint. They're kind of hidden beside Runnings the store

Yuck. Hard, dry, tiny chicken wings. For that price I could have gotten twice the amount elsewhere. Lord knows there's enough options in Morris. What a shame. At least the staff was nice.. Won't be going again. 🥲
