I ordered the Old School and the size of it was pathetic. Not alot of meat for advertising "extra portion of steak". Not satisfied at all

Gone downhill a lot in just a year. A large fry for me was a extra small cup not even filled with fries. It used to be half of the container with the sandwich. Old school Is supposed to be double meat, it looks like they didn't even put a normal amount on. Must be under new management because the prices went up and quality went down. Place sucks now don't stop there.

I started working near this place and on break I went here cause I was told they were pretty good. Well nope 🙅♀️ First I spoke loudly cause before me I noticed the customer in front of me and the cashier was talking loudly due to the noise background. When it was my turn I spoke loudly and the cashier didn't hear me so as I ordered she didn't hear me but as I said my order without checking my receipt or noticing when the older guy called my order out instead of my number he said 6 piece bbq w/ hash browns I told him that wasn't correct it was supposed to be hot, The guy proceeds with an attitude and slap the food down open the box and wiped off the wings... How I know cause when the cashier told him the wings was in the fridge the first time he didn't go in there a second time and again me not paying attention. I waited for my order the second time and it took 3 mins to get my order and the first time it took 12 mins or so. When I left and sat down to eat the first wings tasted like bbq sauce with hot sauce on it so I pour my own hot sauce onnthe chicken when I got to the second wings it was chewy I didn't eat that but went to the next wing and still the same with the others, I just ate my tots with hot sauce and when I went to drink the fruit punch drink it tasted like cardboard. Never again will I eat from here nor ate from here since that day. Upon looking on the website my wings looked nothing how the pic looked and the picture looked like it taste goods

My friend highly recommended me to stop at this TA for the night for Charley's cheesesteaks. I got here around 8:45pm went to take a shower and when I seen what time they close (10pm) I rushed so I wouldn't get there 10 mins before closing because I know that could be annoying. I get to the counter at 9:15pm and the young guy sees me and instantly looks pissed off then proceeds to take my order with enough attitude to rival a child who didn't get his way. So I figured maybe it was just me but no while I waited for my order he treated multiple other customers the same way. Food was decent at best and customer service was completely shot the young lady behind the counter was nice but that boy needs some manners/customer service skills. Last time I go to Charley's I'll be going to R place restaurant next door from here on out.

it’s not cheese Steak if it doesn’t have cheese in it!!!??? Little tiny Gyro meat They called steak … slow service I ordered Onion mushroom and cheese on my sandwich I get to my truck there is no cheese or mushroom. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a chicken cheese steak combo and they only gave me chicken and it was pricey
I always stop here in my travels though always delicious!!! Always looking forward to eating here .But today was bad the ultimate fry had barely in ranch fries were burnt the sandwich barely had ant sauce no condiments even though I told them but when I went back it's like they made it worse no offense but they need to tidy up

Their signnsqys 7am-11am for breakfast but the lady told me they don't even open until 9am. What's the point of having opening hours at 7 if you don't show up until 9am

Asked for no tomatoes, extra pickles. Got no pickles with tomatoes. I still contend Charley's would be better with a kiosk to improve speed and accuracy of orders and delivery of food.

Used to be regular. Haven't been as much. Whoever was working tonight6/25 is extremely slow compared to previous staff. Old man definitely shouldn't be cooking. Not the first time it's been messed up by him which is why I'm writing this review. Always ask for no onions on chicken teriyaki. Always puts onions on them. Doesn't take the time to read instructions apparently.
