Best Biscuits and Gravy I have ever had at a restaurant. If you like them with lots of pepper you will love them. People were super friendly and efficient. Fun bar vibe. Prices were crazy good!!!
Was there to watch a band. Great place and atmosphere.

I had an unusual and concerning experience here recently. On Friday morning, after having two Bloody Marys with food, I began experiencing symptoms that were consistent with being drugged, including loss of motor control and incoherence. Having worked as a bartender and bar back in the past, I know what that feels like, and I do not use drugs.
To be clear, I do not believe the bar or staff were at fault. Based on the level of effect, I believe it was residual contamination from a glass that had previously been tampered with, rather than anything intentional directed at me. That said, it may be worth ensuring glasses are cleaned thoroughly to prevent something like this from happening again.
My concern is not with this establishment, but with whoever thought it was acceptable to drug someone in the first place. I hope they spend the rest of their life in federal prison with a very friendly cell-mate, and I also hope they were not successful with whoever they originally tried to drug.
I do want to say, that the food was amazing, and up until I started feeling the effects of whatever substance that was lingering in my drink... I did enjoy it.

Great service. Casey was a great bartender. Very Social, knew her customers and kept the bar clean. Cleanest bathroom I've ever been in. We were traveling and friends recommended this place. Friends got the fried fish & fries and husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and they were all good. My turkey Reuben was kinda bland. Highly recommend
Such a great breakfast. Tammi our bartender gave great service. I would highly recommend!
Went with the family to see Cody Calkins Band to play and had a great time. Sarah was absolutely amazing and was one of the best bartenders i have had the experience of dealing with. Extremely professional and definitely good at what she does. Handled a full bar by herself before the band started as if she was used to that non stop. 💜
Great hometown bar. Staff is welcoming. Food is consistent and far above average bar fare. Great tradition for

Nice local tavern. The food was OK but there were 6 of us on a Saturday for lunch. It was not that busy. Our food came out 2 orders at a time. 2 of us were finished eating before the last person even got their food. And 2 of the orders were incorrect. The server did adjust our bill and she was pleasant but it's not a place I would pick for a meal. I would go back but maybe just for a beer and a snack

Apparently this establishment discriminates against handicapped individuals. I tried going here with my brother, who is disabled, but the man working the door, who is supposedly the manager, claimed my brother "stumbled" which he clearly did not as I was right there witnessing and denied him entry, but he was clearly able to have a perfectly sober conversation. The "manager" stared at my I.D. for an uncomfortably long time, then instead of permitting me entry, stared at me creepily and claimed he knew me before he finally gave me a bracelet. I'm not sure what kind of people this bar employs but if you guys are going for the absolute creep and discriminatory vibe, you guys nailed it. There are better bars in Morris, that won't bully people and just let incels flex their small dick by pretending to be actual bouncers.
We had no complaints about this place. We're not from the area and stopped while passing thru. We had a really good smash burger and The Best Garlic fries!
Service with a smile from the staff. Can't go wrong stopping for lunch.

I went to Cornfest with some friends and while in line to get in to the bar we made friends with a group in front of us that included a sweet disabled man. The bouncer singled him out and claimed he was too drunk to enter the establishment, though he seemed completely fine when talking to us and the group he was with. The level of discrimination made us very uncomfortable. The bouncer also seemed to not have his full wits about him as he would just blankly stare at the girl in front of us as well as members of our group and it made us very uneasy. We watched many very inebriated people (especially women) get in easily so when he denied entry to this composed and clearly very sober man it made us second guess our choice to get drinks at Clayton's, as we had made friends with their group and had wanted to drink together, so we took out patronage elsewhere. Thank you for being an embarrassment to the town of Morris, Clayton's. My friends and I enjoyed stopping in every Cornfest for the last 5 years but upon seeing your true colors we will be going elsewhere. Be better, and maybe get someone competent to man the door.
