Culvers is always good. Consistently good. This location was no exception.. the food was good and the employees were pleasant.

Waited 15 minutes for food. It didnt arrive, so i asked about it. It had been sitting there on the counter. Other peoples food that ordered after me, got their food. This is not a normal experience at other Culvers around the midwest.

They hire 16 year olds in school and then expect them to work until 11 pm on school nights. Very unprofessional place. I can't imagine if they treat there staff like this how the food and service to the customer must be.
Yes I did respond to the website the owner listed twice. First time a manager from the store called and was rude to me. Still waiting for them to call back on the complaint I made against her.

Retired Leave Me Alone
I usually like Culver's and have kept it in my favorite place to go for dinner. This time was the third time there was a problem, the others were small, the wrong beverage or fries when I asked for a substitute. This time I asked to have six shrimp added to my two piece dinner. The staff said she would put it as a side, fine. I live two towns away in Marseilles, so was disappointed when there was no shrimp not in the bag anywhere. The cocktail sauce was included. This was not a cheap item. My drink was a medium chocolate mint shake. The shake was clearly mint, but extremely little chocolate. If I didn't see it on the drink on the plastic glass, about a tablespoon. There was no chocolate taste in the drink. I may go back again but will have to check the order before I leave the parking lot.
