No. No. And more No...they have no military discount. The staff is rude. They don't even honor Veterans Day as other locations. Even small business Dave's Dawgs honor Veterans and has most polite staff. All my future business will be there. NOT at DQ. 2 thumbs down. So in other words after Corp. Response, the Morris, IL. Owner's suck. I'll never go there again

There’s something wrong with the ice cream here. I LOVE a large plain soft serve cone from DQ on my way home. It’s something I have come to love over the past couple months, and I usually share with my husband. And sometimes my dog. Anyways, whenever I go to the store on meridian it’s normal ice cream. Once at morris the ice cream texture was all off and it was sour or curdled. When I called she tasted it and on my mother her response to me was, “tastes kind of like yogurt doesn’t it?” But even when it isn’t rotten, there’s still something wrong with the soft serve. It’s not the same as the other locations. It tastes more like icing or marshmallow, and the texture is that of the fake Walmart ice cream that doesn’t melt. I’m telling you, they are not using whatever the other restaurants are using for vanilla soft serve. I wanna know what I was eating? Well, it’s really terrible so twice now I’ve thrown out the whole cone. Also, DQ, you owe me like 3 cones at this point. I’m invested so let me know what you find out.

I've been going to this Dairy Queen for years, and I swear the food recently changed. I didn't think you were able to stray far from franchised food, but the new chicken tenders are worse than anything I could buy from jewel. They don't taste the same at all. They're so much smaller and have no flavor. I'm pretty sure the fries are different, too. It's super disappointing. We have very few places to count on for decent chicken in town. I really hope it was just a fluke or a temporary thing.

Went to DQ with a friend the other night and was told that whip cream and nuts were extra cost of $2.50 on a banana split and they didn't do cherries any longer. Since when doesn't whipcream and nuts come with a banana split???? Had another bad experience a week later with a cheeseburger that I ordered with no ketchup and she not only didn't get it right she forgot to have it remade for me,after 20 minutes I went up and asked where my cheeseburger was and she said that she forgot and was sorry. My friends food got cold waiting to eat together. Don't know if we will ever try to eat inside again have better luck through the drive thru.

Absolutely horrible. It is Mother’s Day and my kids and myself went here for dinner. We had a mobile order and when arrived I provided that as well as we will be dining in. Said she would look into it. After many others came in to order and grab food I went up to ask about my order everyone else already ordered and received food. My food was sitting by heater and 2 people grabbed to feel how warm it was and continued to place it in a to go bag. When told this they stack all my food and only one drink on the end he where it fell on the floor. My order was missing a second drink and a side. They gave me a Vanilla Coke instead of chocolate. I told them my daughter would coke back for chocolate when she was finished with her food. My daughter is like 4 foot tall but tall enough to see by the registers. No one knowledged her and went I arrived at counter a guy in line that was leaving told the lady that the little girl needed help before she would even ask her what she needed. She ordered a chocolate ice cream where another little girl walked it over while my daughter was also walking to the table. Slammed it down daid nothing and walked away. If this is how a good restaurant treats customers it should not be open. It is pretty sad when my daughter says hey mom, everyone’s looking at you and whispering everyone. As in all the workers it’s supposed to be a restaurant not drama. If there are not adult supervision then this place needs to be closed down. No reason for such actions in our community on Mother’s Day. Absolutely terrible experience for over $30. Everyone working about 4 girls and 1 young boy should all re trained on customer service!
