Whoever thought this was acceptable to wrap up for a customer should walk out and find another job. Great customer service...not.
I went through the drive thru for a bagel or any food item in the afternoon and Dunkin staff tells me it’s unavailable.. Staff seems to pick and choose if items on the menu will be available to you. Happened now three times the last two weeks. Go somewhere else if you want any kind of actual service.
