We Always use the drive-thru. It fast and they get the order right. The is staff is friendly and we never had a problem with them.

First and last time stopping at this Dunkin. Went through the drive-thru. Very slow service and only one vehicle in front of us. Asked for an iced coffee with extra cream and French vanilla swirl. My drink is very strong so doesn’t seem like even the standard amount of creamer. Not sweetness either. At least they made it light on the ice as I requested. The hot coffee is a standard order with cream and French vanilla swirl. The coffee is a way too hot to drink and it’s been 20 min. I hope the owners review this and fix their issues.

I went and got A medium Matcha almost 6 dollars and there is all ice. I got two drinks out of it. I went into the store and talked to someone who works there named Michael made me a new one and apologize that really made my day stating I almost spent $6 on a drink. He was super kind and kept a smile on his face!

No line or nothing. Black guy says to pull to the side walk. Waiting 15 minutes no food had to get out of the car to remind him. Cant even do your job properly
I have never had a messed up order, I have never came across a worker who was short with me or looked miserable & the prices are a little better. I kind of took turns between this one and the other competitor across from here, but I stopped going there. I've lived in Morris for 6 years & frequent here about once a week at different times of the day. My only complaint is that sometimes when going in the tables are in need of a good wipe down.
I really don’t come on here to write reviews but i had a mobile order I ordered yesterday 15 minutes before hand to give them time to have everything done. When I got there nothing was made and literally only had time to grab my coffee and left my food for me and my kiddo. I came back the next day on my break to apologize (which why should I have) and hope to just get the stuff I had already paid for. I don’t know the bald man’s name at the counter, but maybe he shouldn’t be working the front since he doesn’t have manors. I had to place an order for the girls I work with while I ran here and because they didn’t have egg whites (no big damn deal) he got shitty with me? I won’t be back. 🤗

Usually does a great job, however; last visit I ordered a mocha latte and they left out the mocha. This visit I ordered the same, and again, no mocha. Plus, it was lukewarm, like they didn't steam the milk. Disappointing.
