The steak omelette here has everything you would assume to find in the inside of the omelette, on the outside. It’s weird. The omelette was bland and full of lukewarm hash browns and unseasoned eggs. The steak, cheese, mushrooms, salsa, etc were all on top. The place looks like it’s dirty, service by our waitress was good, and the coffee is bitter to me. They left me with three packets of sugar in the sugar holder on the table which tells me the closing crew didn’t stock up as they should be. I assume that’s the way it’s supposed to be. They drop off the coffee first after about ten minutes, but I have no silverware at all so I can stir. When she eventually comes back, I have to ask for sugar and creamer because I had zero creamer, plus a damn spoon. This wasn’t our server. This was somebody else. Maybe a manager. She grabbed it and brought it over pretty quickly, but still… just an overall very mediocre experience and I don’t understand the hype of this place.

Ordered for delivery, my omelet came as rolled up eggs with very little topping, not flavored at all, the fish and chips were so greasy, we've eaten at IHOP and Ordered the same omelet in the past, everything inside the eggs as it should be, just because we Ordered for delivery does not give IHOP the right to be lazy when cooking its a shame

Today I came in and I was going to put in an order when one of your associates bypass me and went to another person when clearly I was there first to place my order and she didn't come back to apologize for what she did all she saw was two gentlemen behind me and she took those guys before me that's rude and I don't think I'm going to come back for quite some time if that's the way you take care of your customers I won't be back
Nice clean store with excellent service and great IHOP originals. This location was really easy to find using Google Maps. It has plenty of free parking in their large lot. The food and service was good.

Walked in, walked out. Who's in charge of cleaning? Host just told us to sit wherever since there was only one other couple there. Looking around we found the floors had leftover fries from the night before among some other trash. Seriously, how hard is it to sweep a floor when you close for the night??
