Great food that you would expect from Jersey Mike's. Lighthearted and upbeat atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and genuinely seemed to care about their job! I will definitely be stopping back here again!

The general manager is not a nice person. They put cheese on my order and I’m allergic and when I called about it, she yelled at me. All I got was and I’m sorry. What do you want me to do about it I will not be going back to this location

Came in at 7:20 PM at night and said they ran out of bread! When questioned, was told no one there to make the bread
I went into store and ordered a number 8 “Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon and mayo” and 9 “Roast beef, turkey, swish, applewood smoked bacon and mayo” went perfectly through the line. Went home and realized there wasn’t bacon. I called the store to tell the mishap, the manager says on the phone goes “did we asked you if you want bacon and mayo on it, we always ask”. Obviously we would answered yes because it comes on it, and she says “Online or pick up” so I don’t think either would matter because they would of came with bacon regardless, it on the menu. We asked for them to add bacon and they just started laughing and doing other things. I asked for a refund and then finally they did it…. Jersey mikes is a lot better always a better experience than this. Whoever worked 08/31 night. Probably good worker but EOD just sloppy and should finish strong.

Every time I come in to pick up DoorDash or Uber eats order it's either never ready, 10 minute wait, or just sitting on the counter instead of putting the delivery orders on the DoorDash shelve when ready. The workers feel like the customer's who are buying upfront goes first, when in reality the delivery orders are already paid for. Which should also be taking serious & took care of. My on time rates are down because of this specific Jersey mikes, because they never have the order ready. Or just have it sitting while I have to wait until the other customers are serve

My kid was there this week standing outside selling discount cards for a school fundraiser (Jerseys Mike's is one of the discounts) around lunchtime. Other businesses in town kicked kids out, but the employees here were so kind! Twice they offered him a drink! When he told me that I made a point to order lunch from there multiple times this week, and not only were our sandwiches delicious, but the employees were so friendly (they didn't know I was with him) & efficient! I really appreciate the quick & delicious lunch, and your kindness towards my son! Thanks for supporting our community!
