My kid was there this week standing outside selling discount cards for a school fundraiser (Jerseys Mike's is one of the discounts) around lunchtime. Other businesses in town kicked kids out, but the employees here were so kind! Twice they offered him a drink! When he told me that I made a point to order lunch from there multiple times this week, and not only were our sandwiches delicious, but the employees were so friendly (they didn't know I was with him) & efficient!...

Great experience today at your Morris location. The three gentlemen working the counter not only greeted us with smiles but were polite, well mannered and gave suggestions on what a newbie could try! The eating area was clean and well kept. I wish other establishments had employees like them. Thank you for fresh delicious food that came with a smile! We will most certainly be back!

Wednesday 3/13 lunch time. Guy on the slicer who I assume is the gm has fantastic customer service skills. Woman working next to him building the sandwiches did great as well. The menu clearly states every sub comes mikes way, but they still make sure you understand that… which is awesome considering I know lots of people would overlook that. Seeing how this location is set up, it’s hard to imagine how they’d be able to handle an extremely busy rush, but for how busy it...
