This store has gone way down. I order here or did atleast weekly sometimes more frequently. But I’m to the point I’m DONE! I ve had everything from burnt bread, missing products, wrong order, poor delivery or delivery that takes over a hour several Times and when you call the restaurant it’s always poor excuses. Short staff never enough delivery drivers etc. I dont understand how u have one delay driver when similar restaurants in the area have 3!!!! I’ve had my order replaced once! I’ve complained multiple times and they just get to the point of we hope you give our restaurant another try. Why should I when you do nothing to fix the problems. Just this week my order took 58 mins to delivery. If you think I’m going to continue to spend my hard earned money here your kidding right? DONT EAT HERE!!!! THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOU, as the customer! And don’t tell me to leave a review when I have and the gm and district manager doesn’t do shit to fix it! Good luck to you. Another restaurant soon to close in Morris!

It was a pick up order. I didn't tip on an order I went to pick up. That's cool, cause Jersey Mike's is 2 blocks down the road.

your Morris location needs management that makes the workers work. as a customer i doubt i will ever go back. use a mop not a napkin. a broom should never be above a workers head around food.

Wells this is the second time JJ's has screwed up our order. Wife ordered two #9's with extra crispy jalapeños and they didn't put any jalapeños in them at all. They were drenched in mayo and oil. We also ordered the #13 that turned out good. .333 average is great for football but sucks for customer service. Last time we went the wife was supposed to get a free cookie and they blew that off. Probably going to stop eating from there. Subway will get our biz, I guess

Order weekly, always positive and friendly, not today, older woman orange hat at pick up window - I asked if she was doing ok because it was so obvious she wasn't happy I was there or didn't pull up fast enough, I tip every time I place a pick up order too, I suppose I will stop that now. Thought the owner should know before it gets to be a bigger issue overall.

We ordered 2 party boxes for an event and it worked perfectly! The sandwiches were all uniform, the order was ready on time, they all tasted amazing! Pickup was super easy, the price was great, and there was plenty for everyone. I will definitely be supporting this location in the future!

Went through Drive thru. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. NBD. They asked for my loyalty # which I gave and the girl plugged it in. Paid full price for both sandwiches. Then looked at my app after we had dinner and noticed that I actually had a free sandwich reward so one should have been free. I also didn’t get credit toward the loyalty program for the two sandwiches I purchased. So the girl clearly didn’t type # in or did it incorrectly. 1st and last time I’ll go to this location. The sandwiches were good though.
