No such thing as customer service. They sit you then they stand in the center service station on their phones. Tried to discretely complain about their dinner platters quesadilla lacking in cheese. Had it open for the waitress to see a pile of meat. Its a quesadilla, can we have cheese for it? Brings a bowl of cold cheese. To then be charged for it. Asked to remove of our ticket, To have the manager argue the portion sizing to read the menu while holding our check. To asking for the check so we can just pay and leave for them calling the police. Customer service just out the window. Smaller portions and pay more if you don't like it. I'll just cook from home.

After buying the #1 combination dinner platter which was very skimpy for $16 I get into my quesadilla to see there is no cheese. In my meal that starts with the word cheese!!!!!! when I asked for cheese for my no cheese quesadilla she brings out a whole bowl of cheese says nothing walks away on my bill there's a $3.50 when I asked to take it off my bill because the quesadilla wasn't made right in the first place the manager felt it was proper to educate me on how quesadillas are made and try to be little me for 10 minutes to try to get a reaction out of me when I have heard enough I finally told her to get my ticket so I can pay and be on my way she then called the cops on me. This place is awful and the manager is the epitome of the fall of society. The meal was awful the service was awful and in the end I get talked to and belittled. There is no customer courtesy here whatsoever couldn't even get a drink refill. The taco tasted off like the meat was rotten. Even the police officers that showed up said go to habanero they're better. After telling the manager I never want to eat here again before I even paid she then tells the officers were not even allowed their again. if you hate waitressing I don't understand why you're a waitress these people show no compassion to anyone avoid this place. After reading other reviews I see that there have been other complaints about this manager. I also see that there have been other complaints about the quality and the food being overpriced. These all came to be true

This place has the best enchiladas. The hostess Julie was very kind and was on top of her game. I 100% recommend this place. The micheladas were to die for. The best in morris. I rate this place a 10/10 will definitely go more often.

The food was very delicious that my boyfriend and I finished it all! Plus the service is very friendly and they are quick, too! Inside the restaurant the atmosphere is like going into a Mexican festival. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it!

Great food. Fair prices. Good service. Every booth is lit by a red light, as is the men's restroom. While trying to order, it is extremely hard to read the menu, due to the red lighting. I understand ambiance, but a little white light would really help in reading the menu.

I went there for margaritas with my girlfriend, no prices listed on the menu.She ordered a skinny margarita, it was adequate. I ordered a medium peach margarita, I could taste the peach, but couldn't detect any alcohol. Here's the kicker, the skinny margarita was $13.75, a little pricey but not unheard of, but my peach margarita was $20!!, I've never paid that much before, even at high end restaurants. Not sure if they were gouging because of the car show, but that price was just insane!

I went there Tuesday to eat with my family, our waitress was VERY nice and attentive and we usually have great service there. FROM the waitresses. My experience was ruined when the food was not coming up and we were hungry. We were NOT in a rush and we understand they where busy, but people that got there after me received their food before us. Our waitress checked up on us plenty of times, and she is the only one that actually cared about us getting our food and was trying to figure out what happened with it. Eventually, she figured it out and the bartender brought us our food and made sure everything looked right. From there, we had just a normal dining experience. But i felt bad for the waitress because i could tell she felt very bad for the situation, she had tears in her eyes and apologized.
