Overall a good experience. Only complaint was the cashier rang us up for shrimp add ons that cost more than what we were trying to ask for (the 8 piece shrimp). We will be back though.
Sorry but there has been no customer service training at this LJS. Sad. LJS have closed nearby decided to visit Morris LJS/KFC combo. Service was nearly non-existent and food was sadly much shrunken in size while not at all shrunken in price!
We drive 20 miles to the nearest Long John Silver's. Alway worth the trip. This staff is always great and friendly. I wish they would open a LJS in Shorewood...
