I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and a Double cheese burger w bacon meal my burger was slightly singed on 1 edge and the other meal was not as expected! Your food has definitely dropped the ball. I'm not sure what the issue is but I won't be buying food from McDonald's anymore.

Super unfortunate experience.
We went through drive through to get a quick dinner and we were met by a guy on the speaker that didn't welcome us, rushed us the entire time, he didn't ask us any follow up questions, he just assumed what we wanted for our kids meal, and was rude to the point my husband didn't even order food.
Hopefully nobody else experiences this like we did and hopefully mcds does better in the future.

if you are not using the McDonald's app you are missing the opportunity to save money. The deals and the rewards can save you quite a bit. If you've never had a mocha frappuccino, it's delicious! I also really like the new daily double hamburger. It is a hopping place at almost all hours and has the usual good McDonald's menu, prepared well.And I recommend the curbside pickup. It is quick and you don't need to tip them and you can take the time you need...
