So my Husband ordered our food online after our doctor's appointment. So we can pick it up on our way home, i ordered plate ½ fried rice ½ chow Mein, Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. Unfortunately they forgot my Teriyaki 😥 im so dissapointed because this is my lunch/dinner for the day. Hoping next time they will double check if the food is right and complete. Don't get me wrong i loved panda express, i am looking forward for my Teriyaki but there is non.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes because they couldn’t tell the car sitting at the window holding everyone up to go inside for whatever the problem may have been. I pre ordered my food so that it could be a quick smooth process and it was anything but that. Due to being stuck behind and in front of a car I couldn’t go inside to pick it up due to this delay.

Disappointed again! They need a new chef, one that does not overcook the honey walnut shrimp and knows what a bite size piece of chicken is. This is my second time to Panda within the last 3 months, and it keeps getting worse each visit.. I'll go have sushi instead and hopefully they can fix the problems.

Came in for a pickup, staff was friendly and quick, but it was sweltering hot. Talking about it, I heard the AC was out for over a week. Not safe for employees or customers! Hoping that gets addressed quickly.

This is a nice Panda Express. Jasmine went above and beyond! While cleaning tables she heard my cough and without asking she got me a cold cup of water. It was very thoughtful.

*Food has been Hot 🔥 every time* We quit going to panda express because the food is never hot however this location must have common sense to know that customers don't want their food warm or cold but HOT!! I would definitely return to this location again in the future & recommend it as they served our food hot and fresh both times, I will update this review as necessary, so please keep that food piping hot and fresh 😋
They can’t cook shayts in this branch. Rice is undercooked. Chowmien is undercooked. I don’t want botulism. ????

Never been to a Panda Express that didn’t let you sample. If you have a new item how will I know if I like it ? Because you say it’s 6 times hotter than so and so that doesn’t tell me anything if I never tried the so and so. Insanely horrible customer service. For a face to face serve and order these people do not belong behind that counter , they are horrible with customer service. Maybe the need to be coached is greater than the worry of a 10th of a gram for sample. Do not recommend , does not live up to the standards of any other Panda Express in the country. Don’t waste your time or money.

So Panda Express stands firmly on trying anything your heart desires in reference to samples. It is literally one of their business statements. We went in today to order take out. We asked for the first sample to one guest. And then a second sample for the next guest. The employee was extremely rude. And the second time she snapped I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU THE FIRST SAMPLE AND NOW YOU WANT A SECOND! So we left $2 for the samples and didn’t order anything!!! So rude!! It used to be one of our favorite places but with horrible attitudes like that we will not be back!!!!!!
