arrives at 12:10 for lunch buffet. a group of 3 and a group of 5 entered before my group of 3. we were stuck half in half out with door open in the cold. 14 open tables. one person running floor who is rude and makes to many steps in wrong direction. stood in door for 8 mins before seating group of 3. her pattern is to let someone leave, clear table, sit next group get their drinks, pull pizza, go in to kitchen, then clear next table. make people wait, then seat next group. I walked out at 12:35 when she told me it would be several more minutes I said for what a table to open she said yes. I looked amongst the many empty said really? and walked out! horrible service! i watched another man wait a solid 15 mins at pick up window who was in a company truck.
