Strum's BBQ is a pleasant surprise with delicious, ungreasy meats and friendly staff. The pulled pork sandwich, served with slaw, and the tip's plate with potato salad, are standouts. The pulled chicken is a favorite for some, and the unique Strom's Pie, filled with pulled pork, mashed potatoes, cheddar, BBQ sauce, and jalapeños, is a must-try. The BBQ sauce is sweet, but some may find it ordinary. The current location will move to Morris in April, but the new place is worth the wait. Sides, including coleslaw and potato salad, complement the meats well. Strum's BBQ offers a great experience from entrance to exit.
