THEN, when I went to write this review, it asks me what I got from there and the first 2 options are breakfast and brunch?..FIX IT. This is 100% FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Service was sub par. Food was not good. I ordered the Gordita deluxe box and there was 90 % bean in the burrito, the 2 layer Gordita crunch was ok but the chalupa or what ever then tried to claim was not cooked the flat bread used was so doughy I could have stretched a pizza crust from it. When I went to tell them, as I was eating in. They didn't try to solve the problem they explained that's how it's made and sent me on my way to the trash with it to , feel like I wasted 15 bucks and 30 mins of my lunch for 1 semi good tasting part of my meal.

Mens Bathroom is disgusting, Always dirty, Two months straight with no soap. So I know for a fact Employees are not washing hands, which is spreading germs making food. I’m surprised no one actually got sick from eating here

Been to one, you've been to them all. Some are better than others. This one's a 3 star. Went through the drive thru to pick up our order, looked it over and went home. Only to find out some items were missing. Drove back and mentioned it and they were quick to make the item and gave us some coupons. Kudos for that.

Had some burritos this night and who ever made them man props to you and you sure put your foot in it. Keep up the good work. Young lady in drive thru was pretty cool also.
I don’t know who was working today 10/13/24 around noon. But whoever you are you made some good tacos. It was like I was thrown back into 1995 and ordered Taco Bell. The taco was full of meat and cheese with the perfect hard shell to ingredient ratio. I’m not going to expect this amazing taco at every Taco Bell, but I do hope they all take this lesson.
Went there to grab some dinner and the food was thrown in the bag like it was garbage, was complete mess and the burrito shells were so hard you could not even bite it. Much less try to chew it. Horrible food, don’t waste your money!

Waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. I'm not exactly sure what eat going on. They did provide us 3 coupons for free items when ordering something to make up for the long wait, HOWEVER, we were missing two items from our order.

My boyfriend had stopped after work to get me a taco and a slushee, slushee was good but the taco on the other hand was simply asked to be made with lettuce and meat with no cheese. LETTUCE AND MEAT and I got barely any meat, no lettuce bc and cheese that was specifically asked not to be put on there.
