I usually understand frustration at fast food places I give many chances before I sat or do anything but the past 4-5 times I've been there I've gone at night it is almost the same guy everytime I'm pretty sure he has ginger hair has been absolutely rude handing bags and drinks disrespectfully always has an attitude and is just not friendly he has gave me missing food more times then I can count and tonight it was my drink when I had drove back there for it I was handed it very roughly followed with a rude attitude no I'm sorry or anything if I were you I would have him terminated asap since its a common reoccurring event with him everytime I go. as for the other staff they are amazing and I never have any problems with them food is also great other than it being missing

This place is never clean.... Staff never seems to care... went in today 07/05 and saw ants running around inside... The drink machine needs to be clean. Food was cold. Management needs to do better

They were not open at 11:40am on a weekday. No sign on the door. Nobody inside that I could see through the window. Just randomly closed.

Michelle (I believe that was her name) provided excellent service—super friendly and efficient. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Definitely one of the better visits I’ve had.

Love Taco Bell, this one usually has great food but terrible service, today the food was ok. Got a 10 piece chicken nugget, only got 9 and 2 were so small they were like just breading 😡 so basically got a 7 piece and paid for a 10 piece 🥴🙄

Anyone complaining about this Taco Bell is spoiled. I come out this way for camping and have came here twice and have had the best chalupa of my life both times. I’d assume the wait is so long because they make everything fresh because it always tastes like it was just made. Other Taco Bell’s wish they were this Taco Bell. Don’t ever change!!!!!! Keep the chalupas elite!!!!

Place looks and feels abandoned, they even had unfinished walls and flooring. It took forever for one of the few employees to even acknowledge that I was there at the counter.

the food is good. always has been. but the service when we went in there was horrible. we waited 10-15 minutes just to order. one person came up and took an order and then walked away. the lobby was dirty. drink station was very sticky and messy. their mountain dew was just soda water. waited another 10 minutes to get our food. i wouldnt be irritated about it if they were busy but they were not so there was no reason to wait that long.
6 or more people not busy took over 30 minutes to take my order and took over 40 minutes to get food they were stand a around do nothing you can watch people walk in out of the office on there phone

How this place gonna have a sign/signs saying they do breakfast but not open til 9am? THEN, when I went to write this review, it asks me what I got from there and the first 2 options are breakfast and brunch?..FIX IT. This is 100% FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Service was sub par. Food was not good. I ordered the Gordita deluxe box and there was 90 % bean in the burrito, the 2 layer Gordita crunch was ok but the chalupa or what ever then tried to claim was not cooked the flat bread used was so doughy I could have stretched a pizza crust from it. When I went to tell them, as I was eating in. They didn't try to solve the problem they explained that's how it's made and sent me on my way to the trash with it to , feel like I wasted 15 bucks and 30 mins of my lunch for 1 semi good tasting part of my meal.

Mens Bathroom is disgusting, Always dirty, Two months straight with no soap. So I know for a fact Employees are not washing hands, which is spreading germs making food. I’m surprised no one actually got sick from eating here
