Went thru the drive-thru for lunch around 2. Brought a davids single combo and a double stack no pickle. Taking my first 2 bits into my single I noticed that it was raw inside. Living outside of seneca and 20 minutes away made me not wanting to go back. Microwaving may it unappealing to eat. Might be a while before going back.

I ordered using the app for a coffee and sandwich. When I got to the drive up window. The coffee machine was down during breakfast time. I asked to have the coffee taken off the bill. The woman in the window didn't know how to remove it from my bill. After waiting for a while with no answer as she went to the back. I left without getting anything that I ordered and paid with the app. I've used the Wendy's app all around the country and this was the worst experience I've ever had with a Wendy's. I had an appointment so I couldn't wait for the staff that didn't have a clue in dealing with this situation.

i watch 3 people leave because one of the manger yelled at one work.. the manager december 23/24 needs to be fired i feel strong on that.. depending on time you go you can hear him yell at customers for asking questions

It was a very poor experience. The order taker/server was very rude when we asked about the menu. When handing the food out he was snappy and had a bad attitude. I get that it's cold outside, but I work at fast food too, you wait for the costumer to hand them their stuff, you don't rush them.

Absolutely terrible always, we keep hoping it'll get better but almost never does. The fries are always hard, old, and to make it worst i pay for a large and the container is never full. Sandwiches taste like they've been under the warmer all day. People inside seem to be having more fun talked and goofing around with one another and not focusing on food quickly what so ever. I genuinely never leave reviews but after 7 years of some of the lowest quality food on the strip I'm fed up. You'd think the company would pay more attention to a location right off i-80. Good thing there are plenty of better places right down the strip. I'd probably have a better experience at the kfc/long jonhs and that place is always closed and or lacking inventory, at least I know to be disappointed over there. Thanks for reading hope you have a better experience than I had.
