Bad service. She wouldn't take order because she's busy. Smoothies are below average, and there is almost no taste. I would never come back

Best boboa! Literally had it all around the Chicago area and this is the best place! Not to mention the cleanliness and good food! Highly recommend!

I ordered Taro smoothie from the kiosk. It was ok, I have had better. I liked that they had a sweetness choosing option as well. I also liked that they had a lot of food options and a very convenient ordering kiosk. They also have certain halal chicken items. Would come back to try the other food options.

I ordered the bulgogi bowl “with veggies” and the only veggies were a little lettuce and a few carrot matchsticks. When I told the owner, she argued with me and said that this is all they do. She refused to give me more veggies. I told her that I eat a lot of Korean food and all other restaurants add a lot more vegetables.

This was the second time I came here. The first time they didn’t have all of the food items. Now, you can have dinner and dessert at the same place. They only have one kiosk to order from. Most of the time they were in the back. The people are actually very nice but their customer service skills could use some work. When I asked for extra spoons, I didn’t receive any sarcastic or snide remarks. I ordered just an iced milk tea (Thai) with brown sugar jelly. The results are very decent, not the best. Price was fair. I had a sample of my partner’s bingsoo. They come in two different sizes, the cup one is for one person. The other one can be shared between 2-3 people. Fresh ingredients and good ice cream. They have tables and booths for groups and couples. Ample seating. They also have some props for taking pictures with.

The service was awful. Treated very rudely by the lady at the counter. I was rushed and spoken to in a condescending manner. She was sarcastic w her responses and when the food was ready, I went to the designated “pick up” area and she motioned w her hand to come to her to the register and said a sarcastic “have a nice day”. The smoothies were ice and barely any flavor, the food was not cooked thoroughly. There was no one else in the restaurant so I’m not sure why she acted to impatient w me when deciding what to order and also gave me attitude when asking about menu items. Overpriced, uncooked food, sub par smoothies and worst was the service.

It sucked and it didn't have the syrup and there was only 2 pieces of boba in mine.
